  • the poaching liquid is good but if you just have a big pot of boiling water and you let them go ten minutes i think its gonna be way too much and over cook the shrimp

  • Take your shirt off!

  • great vid. but i gotta ask u though, how in the world did u get ur dreads so perfect!? they're epic!

  • Me too! I love these videos too! Hey tell me, are you from New York? Love your videos! Do you make them them on a Mac or PC?

  • I tried her recipe today and the hubby fell in love hehe. She explains the recipe perfectly and the shrimp taste especially delicious. Thank you sogood!

  • Nice video and well presented!

  • yummy

  • yum

  • she peeled raw shrimp, then at 2:22 touched her hair. :D

  • Big deal, she knows what she doing and plus she's cooking for herself.

  • wow... she really made that dish look good. i wonder if you HAVE to use the wine. im 20. a month and a half shy of 21.

  • Hellsingorg1, don't fret about being under 21. There is a world of difference between cooking with wine and actually drinking it. (Besides, the alcohol in the wine evaporates when cooked.)

Naturally, I don't recommend you buying the wine. You might want to send someone who can to buy it and then go ahead and cook with it. Just don't drink it. :)

  • ahaha where i live u can drink at 18

  • @quickstrike93 where I live at 16 hahahaha :') Holland for the win!

You exude a genuine love of good food and wine and the art of cooking. Keep posting, please!

  • That looks fantastic. Costco shrimp. . . who wuddah thunk?

I would like you to include how you make the shallot/lemon oil. It sounds wonderful.

  • That recipe is on Heather's blog at sogood (dot) tv (just search for lemon shallot.) Thanks for the comments!

  • Thanks for your help, I found the recipe. Next time your wife does a cooking video, have her let your kids come out and sample the food. Not the wine! Kids always bring fun when they are on camera.

  • shes puts her videos up for food and wine, not so you can jerk off, weirdo! lol

  • that was more than fabulous.

    glorious!
