how the hell do you pick between violin and singing?

the judges aren't even professional violinists so... what the fuck.

they don't really have the right to say anything if she was just normal..

I don't know why she's called "AMAZING" or "SPECTACULAR". not to be rude to all viewers that likes her style, but most places are simplified, or the intonation is half-step below or above. If viewers want to see ABOVE-NORMAL playing, search for Vengerov, Garrett, Hillary-hahn, Gil shaham, Ryu-goto, and/or other historical musicians.

if only the world listens more to classical music...

@bananagbanger Yeah finally! She's isn't really THAT good. She has a nice attitude, but technically it isn't that good. Even the hard part of this movement was simplified. I still don't understand why she got through the semifinals.

You said it. This is a standard classical piece that every serious violinist can play. People always like to retort with "Well can you play it better"? The answer is: Yes, and I can also find many youtube videos of little kids playing better.

There are actually legit pop violinists out there (Vanessa Mae, David Garret), then there are people like Sue Son and Henry Lau, but it's sad that the general public can't tell the difference.

@SkrPchr3 Agreed,at 1:46 she changed it such that it repeats the same note but same rhythm.Guess she can't play as written lol.She skipped a lot of the difficult parts too...

Quite an oddity for such a program. Most people will never realize to what extent that was amazing.

There's a possibility in today's incompetent world where too good may be rejected.

They had to give her a yes, but you can see from their reactions that it wasn't the best of ideas to have someone that good perform for that kind of show.

These people can't judge the talent for composing and playing of this girl with just half minute, it's ridicule, it's obvious that they felt jelousy about her age, they are not composers, it was envy and very unfair, she prepared with a lot of time her composition, and these stupids just press their button
