@fallomoko No, Stingrays are ovoviviparous, which means that the young are in eggs, but kept inside the mother untill they are fully developed. They then "hatch" and are released into the water by their mother. Many sharks also have young like this. Though that being said, they mother will provide them with a "milk" when they are still in the womb when the yolk of the egg runs out, as rays can hold their young for many months untill the mother decides its safe for the young to be born.
