Why is it you place emphasis on stricking the underside of the arm, once you get ukes arm up? When she holds your wrist, your already have a good position for grabbing her wrist with the hand she's holding. The other hand just goes to the elbow. At least as i learned it in aikikai. I'd be interested in hearing what your thought on this is.
He did it fast, so she goes down quickly. But this can easily injure her had she been inexperienced. To do it slowly, you can take another step 45 degrees forward (say, from the position at 1:24), basically to "drag" the other person down to the ground. Tenkan version is even easier. Just spin and press down.

How did you make her lie on the ground?When i tried, i can only bend the person down.Any tips?

his left hand is place at the uke's elbow
hence to take her down easily, u have to push it upwards and go down.
it is the same like goin up a hill. U cant simply push straight, opponents wont go down.
