  • @SleepingMarsupial u can do a dressing made of orange juice some coconut meat salt pepper. its really good.

    2. lemon juice with cilantro

  • thank you for doing this video- it is amazing. I am starting next week. any tips for healing acne scars? i use a product called dermaflage to cover them up and it makes me feel a ton better about myself. but i really want to make them go away for ever. anybody have something that works?

  • @emilyhhobs Hi, you could scrub you face with seas salt, just mix 1 tablespoon sea salt with water and scrub gently your face with it. Also to eliminate your acne, you need to do more than just living off raw food. Use super foods, like wheatgrass and meca root. Also drink aloe vera juice omega 3 oil every morning. Drink Organic apple cider vinegars with the mother in it three times a day, mix it with a glass of water, make sure you drink it through a straw so your teeth won’t damage

  • @emilyhhobs Also go to the sauna 3 times a week to eliminate toxic and metal from your body and exercise if you can. Also if you can find a place where they sell Organic natural cosmetics that would be good, make your own face mask to enhance the process. Follow all of this and you will say goodbye to acne within a months and when you look in the mirror someone with a clear beautiful glowing skin will look back at you. It worked for me and it will work for you. Goodluck

  • @ 0:13 - today is friday !!!! (ops!! forgot to visit mosque)

  • My spouse had problems with surplus fat for pretty a number time now and she found a number so named DietOramy eating plan plan (google it) - she's had really a accomplishment with it so far, and medical doctor says she is healthful as never ever prior to...

  • Question: What was the bit about not cooking with oils because they turn to transfats?

I didnt know that, is it possible for you to explain that.... :)

  • @gypsykatcher30 This reply is a little late, but that is actually just a myth.

  • I start tomorrow :) Does it NEED to be organic fruit/veg?

  • @ireallylikecds Yes. Many-non organic fruits and veggies have chemical pesticides sprayed on them and such which are bad for you. Also, because of the fertilizers and quality of the soil, more chemicals have been added to keep the plants on 'life support'. These plants don't have nearly the same amount of nutrients.

Eating raw/organic is expensive, but you save on medical bills.

  • Diets don't work. Until you understand what's eating you, you won't understand why you eat (overeat). Make a conscious effort to create balance in the four areas of your life - relationships, career, spirituality, and physical activity. Educate yourself about whole foods, grains, nuts, vegetables, and good nutrition to create a "diet" that is unique to YOU! Peace!

  • @cmos2010

    Very well articulated

  • Hey! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy lost lots of weight with it.

  • I am having the same acne situation as what you described in the video. Right now I am eating about 85-95% raw diet, I started about 1 week ago. It is clearing up a bit, but still I can feel some clogged pores and tiny bumps on my cheeks. I had taken antibiotics for 6 yrs and it only screwed up my digestive system. Now I have to not only cure my skin problems, but also my overall health is out of balanced due to the drugs effect on our body. Can you give me additional advice on my diet?

  • @muntyng0 See a proper natural healer.

  • you mentioned eating only raw organic foods. is it okay to lightly steam the veggies? Is washing them in Grapefruit Seed Extract a good option?

  • @Makenna113 great suggestion! I have bad nut allergies though so im still searchin for alternatives:)

  • I AM STARTING THE 30 DAYS TOMORROW! If I absolutely love it, and the great results, I will make it my lifestyle! :) Im so excited! Natasha you are so inspiring to so many people. We all love you so much! :)

  • Although I did abstain from bad foods it took almost 2-3 weeks for results. My sister told me my "acne was clearing up"!!! :D

  • Hi! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my buddy lost a ton of weight with it.

  • Natasha, you're so wonderful! The two things that flared up my acne were wheat and dairy. I never thought I would get rid of my acne, and almost three years later, I'm free!

  • I completely agree and respect what you're preaching ! I found out I have celiac so I've been eating clean but now I'm going to start going completely raw! Do you have any suggestions of high protein options?(I can think of raw sunflower seeds but idk what else...)

    Thanks:)

  • @barbieebitch420 you should try eating almonds, walnuts or peanuts!

  • Hi! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • Thanks Natasha for the wonderful advice I can't wait to start, my wife buys proactiv and I'm going to show here your video hope she puts that junk down.

  • I believe acne is a way for toxins to exit the body, so sometimes that's what it is. All you have to do I think is induce more acne, and to do that you need to EXERCISE! EXERCISE will temporarily cause acne, but after a while, the acne will go away AS LONG AS YOU EAT RAW FOODS AND KEEP EXERCISING. So if you eat fruits, vegetables, soaked nuts and seeds, there will be very few toxins in, so your skin will clear up.

  • I am going to try this too!

  • I'm putting my trust into your hands and doing this. Hopefully it will be as good results as you :)

  • I have a question, when you stopped putting things on your face, did you stop using a moisturizer as well? I'm just curious, bc I want to try that what you did.

  • Thank you so much for making these videos, I am suffering with acne and I know that this will help me out.

  • I just pat it dry and it will be dry and start to flake off on its own and heal and go away.It heals so much better if you don't touch it.I also found that some bottled water doesn't help your skin at all,but the alkaline water helps allot.Btw your skin looks great.I bet it feels so good to finally have clear skin.

  • In Canada lol! Thanks! or your video. It was very helpful.I just bought the raw food cleanse and started eating raw foods and juicing. The great part about it too is that my one year old will drink the veggie juices that I make.I just use the glycerin soap with vitamin e.And it its good that you found something way cheaper than laser surgery. So many many people get that and pay so much money for it.For me I noticed after a shower my skin will be moist and then dry out.

  • Hey #UN#, I love your channel! Keep up the good work! Let's stay in touch and become friends! Feel free to Subscribe, Like, Comment, and make Favorite to my YouTube Vids too!! <3

  • ok ~ :D im going to try . =} thx

  • I need to try this 30 day challenge

  • Also, scars won't necessarily disappear, but their appearance can really improve, to the point that it's at least worth trying it out. I don't see why her claim is so upsetting to you. She's suggesting to stop putting very harmful chemicals on your face and eat lots of healthy organic raw fruits and veggies. Is that really so terrible and offensive?

If I had pictures of me before I would show you. So I challenge you, try it for yourself for ONE week, see how it goes :)

  • @bonnardable she's not saying your skin will go from gnarly to airbrushed perfection. But it will improve significantly. I ate raw only for a week and my skin improved significantly, I'm sure it would have been even better had I stuck with it for longer. And my sister had lots of pimples for months before she started eating a lot more raw foods and cut out sugar and processed food and salt and dairy and her skin has gotten so much better in the last 2 weeks

  • Youre right I missed that she waited a year before doing the diet, but I still stand by my point. Your skin and your body will react badly to lots of harsh chemicals. I mean how many times have we all heard that putting too much product in your hair will make it look worse? It's the same concept. Bodies balance themselves naturally when given proper nutrition and not loaded with harmful drugs.

But a reduction in calories? Seriously? Do you know how many anorexic people have terrible skin?

  • I'm clearing up acne rosacea with a raw food diet. I never looked nor felt better! The scarring is definitely reducing, and all redness nearly completely disappeared. Like yourself i have also noticed reduction of other scars, such as stretch marks even! And cellulite has almost gone too. The lines on my 40 year old face have reduced. I am noticing when i eat a lot of cashews, such as in a dessert, i might get a breakout. Can't recommend raw enough. Thank you for your insights.

  • Thanks for making this video. I've learned how natural cleansers are more helpful then some of the store bought ones, I love the oil cleansing method for example. Your skin is beautiful and an excellent example of one of the many advantages to raw foods. I ate a raw food diet for a few months two years ago and it's effects were great. I'm planning to soon move back into this way of eating.

  • what about salad dressing?

  • this was like a really like helpful like video

  • @bonnardable brilliant!

  • I forgot to mention that I do use gentle, non comedogenic cleansers, but nothing with acne fighters i.e. salicylic acid, bp, etc. It's important to cleanse your skin everday to exfoliate dead skin cells, otherwise your pores will clog and you will break out. It may not work if you break out due to hormonal imbalances, but it's worth a shot. It worked for me.

  • I had acne for years and tried every acne regimen out there, but my skin was always irritated and inflamed. I noticed that if I fell asleep without using my acne cleanser one night, I'd wake up with clearer skin. I stopped using acne cleansers and now spot treat around that time of the month, and my skin is clearer than it's been in years.

  • @bonnardable it took you 3 tries to come up with that lameass comment.

  • @bonnardable you sound like a snotty nosed pimply faced motherfucker

  • Boy, americans do really find it hard to get to the point.

  • Thanks for sharing your advice and information on getting rid of acne and getting clear skin!

If you have any questions about acne or breakouts let me know... I'm sure I can help!

    Thanks!

  • Like, totally...

  • succulentesculent, I put your text through google translate, nothing. What language do you speak?

  • What the hell is this? She says stopping using lotions etc cured her acne? For God's sake - maybe your hormonal profile changed? Maybe other physiological processes beyond your control were at work? Again, this is why "i cured my acne by doing X" testimonials are complete fucking garbage, unreliable, unworthy of attention. It WOULD be worthy of attention if you could make it scientific: use the lotions again, go off the raw food diet, and then see if there's a corresponding resurgence of acne.

  • @Iambecome shut up, this isn't about science, it's logic. Don't be stupid

  • @foosbeast "scientific", you fucking retard, is synonymous for logical in this context. Don't ever accuse someone of being stupid when you're intellectually dwarfed by that person, because you will get embarassed, If this girl wanted to test whether her "cure" actually worked she would test it logically, through the scientific method. As it stands, it is entirely unreliable, invalid, and therefore worthless.

  • @Iambecome you really need to swear at me to feel smart? her point is that she made a radical change in her diet and it immediately changed her skin. obviously there's a correlation. If you don't believe it, you don't need to yell at everyone

  • @foosbeast I suggest you learn to pay closer attention. Re-watch the video, put on your listening ears, and get back to me

  • I went raw vegan for two weeks and my pores tightened, a lot of my pimples went away, and my skin started to get a glowy look. I went off a week and a half ago because I was on vacation and had a hard time going back to raw foods, eating all the same stuff I used to be before, and my skin went back the way it used to be. Not to mention I've been pretty tired and sluggish and my minds been a little foggy. And it actually happened that quickly

  • Respond to this video... so choose to believe it or not, but I did the little "experiment" and her conclusions are true. Why don't you give it a shot? You have nothing to lose except for your little throne on your little high horse

  • @foosbeast Reduction in calories causes a temporary improvement in skin. Now, like I suggested to you, watch the video again and try to comprehend what she's saying caused her skin to clear up. if you come back to me with the answer, maybe i'll listen to a word you say. Otherwise you're a waste of time, like this video

  • To the young lady in the video - to scientifically analyse whether or not it was actually the raw diet that cleared your skin, you should go off the diet for a few months and see what happens. But I wouldn't expect you to make such a sacrifice. That's the single biggest problem with testimonials like this.

  • hi again this's been going over in my head, how what should just slough off couldn't until given the clearing & that raw food was like a finishing touch of this. entails something in an unclogged approach to life enables so much, such then natural fuel would underline it. which can be as going from normal range in bell curve to what really rings differently. because even w/in basic ingredients there're implementations combinations or stages that can leave it more complicated or simple to shine ~

  • @succulentesculent what the FUCK are you saying?

  • @Iambecome lambastin's not a culture best for being together, but my language in box's difficult cluttered yet i wasn't trying for miscellaneous but basicaly. my epidermis's different on raw diet or lifestyle bioactive as well, & when that absorbed down more it penetrates thru. another vid of hers even said fermented foods make face luster; that's mostly my approach, so if not tender away from oil/juice swallow but cells drink soaked sesame seeds etc. + kernels moistens closure of teary reaction

  • How many times does this otherwise lovely young woman have to say 'like' in her 10 minute video. Please help me count, I had to skip to the end,

Could yhis be a side effect of the raw diet?

  • So no nori, no sesame oil, no salt? Not even evaporated sea salt? :(

  • hello as rose from who had rosacea, shying inquisitively now too reversed sings. extra burst thyroid dug past block ie hg. some worry raw's inabsorbable overall, same may be w/ grains as if foreign substance for antigen not user friendly. yet whittled by nature as well, that's dramatically more dineable. included rejuvelac's leg white under film w/ no wasting mirror steam sigh of relief. commendable whole form. re oil, vit e for lung liner to breath is more in uncrushed so source stage uneschew~

  • Oh i need to say that you are very pretty and im sooo glad for you that you ance is gone! Bless you!

  • Hi Natasha! I have had acne sense I was 13, im now 19, and it keeps me from seeing new people and get a partner. Its all really hard as you can imagine.I use aloe vera on my skin, and it kinda helps but it doesnt make it all go away.

I have 2 questions for you if you dont mind.

1# Shall a stop using aloe vera?

2# Im into sports so I need to eat a lot carbs, and I dont know if fruits and vegetables will be enaugh to keep my body going with this diet, will it? Any tips?

    Much love from sweden <3

  • :) i love you ! your so inspiring to listen to !!! :)

  • You have very beautiful hair.

  • Your dermatologist was really smart, you are lucky to find one like that. I have seen many of them and they ALWAYS prescribed only more anti-biotics that cozed more break outs and did not help at all, made it worst only.

  • You don't look 30 gorgeous.

  • When eating tons of healthy food your body no doubt will start eliminating toxins. Considering that your skin is an elimination organ (acne & skin eruptions) it is possible that cleansing is in order. In addition hormones play a role. Getting your hormones in balance will help. Lastly, research full body saturation with Iodine. Iodine will improve the condition of the skin. Check out iodine4health

  • @BellaaMarlene no need to be bitter. and i am pretty sure that

for some people, if they alter their diet all of a sudden their

skin might actually worsen either because you are allergic

to something new/or uncooked or simply your body is stressed

to have all its comfort foods removed, and is retalliating against

    you

  • Hi Natasha, did you find that stopping your intake of caffeine helped a lot? I'm pretty sure that it is the main cause for me right now but oh the detox

  • Widershins: I have been thinking of doing something like this I was going to do home made juices not organic as I do,nt believe in that unless the stuff comes from an island out at sea that does not use fertilizer or any chemicals and who would trust a company to bring that in for you? If you do juice make sure to eat the pulp too. You are very pretty If you were just fifty I would love to know you better.

  • Wow your beautiful both physical & personality, thanx for the help :)

  • omg thnaks so much...im not gunna go totaly on the raw food but i am going to eat as much raw food as i can, im 13 and im sick of my skin( i stoped using foundation on my skin and all i use now is avon clearskin proffecnal and its working well but my skin still gets oily and i just hate that! so thnaks

  • @theblogforyou Make sure you get enough protein, as a growing girl with a lot of nutritional needs and hormone production and regulation needs - you need a lot of protein. If you're eating a lot of raw fish on the raw diet thats good but if not... you need to get the protein in

  • @MyMindIsEverything - such a fag....

  • Sounds so amazing, but I guess this will cost myself a lot of money, because I don't think my mom will pay for the raw diet. And I guess I can't resist some products..

    Im 16.

  • Hi, Does raw food diet help with monthly/hormonal acne??? thanks....

  • @LoHeHaPoMaandPr i know of some raw products that are supposed to help with hormones. hemp seeds, chasteberry extract, sunflower lecithin, dha from algae

  • Hi, Does raw food diet help with monthly/hormonal acne??? thanks....

  • Do you advise still wearing light makeup or concealer?

  • I thought that you were 30....you look late 20's - 30

  • I have just found you recently. And I have to say. I appreciate your sweet sweet spirit. Your enthusiasm is addictive and contagious. It has always seemed 'Natural' to eat naturally 'Duh'. LOL But it's so NOT socially friendly. This is a shame. I am going to tune into your videos for the support I need to transform my ways into how I have always wanted them to be. Please stay the way you are, and know that you are making a big difference in so many lives. I'm sure of it. God bless you even more.

  • I wrote a book on acne. It was supposed to 'sell' people on getting acne creams and lotions. It was endorsed by a major skin care company and I was gonna get paid huge for it.

But, I couldn't do it.. the more I researched acne, the more it became crystal clear that diet / internal health has EVERYTHING to do with acne.

Sure, some people have a hormonal imbalance or 'genetics'.. but 99% of the time. Diet can make THE DIFFERENCE.

Want to Get rid of acne? Change your diet. Get off meds!

  • wow you're over 30? You look great!

  • People really need to realize that diet is the MOST important factor in causing acne. All the creams and pills and stuff are just junk.

    Cheers

  • has this diet worked for anyone? please let me know, I am on my 5th day of the diet, I seem to be breaking out a lot!! I don't even put anything on my face, I have mild-moderate acne. Should I continue with the diet or what? I am actually also eating steamed salmon 2 days in a week, and some cooked veggies, but I am 90% raw. Please help~

  • @IllxllI

When u started the raw diet and your skin seems to just start breaking out alot, that may actually be a good sign! It means that your body is repairing and healing itself and clearing toxins out of your body. Some of the ways your body cleans itself is through your bowls, urine, sweat, breathing, and your skin! Its going to take some time till u start seeing improvements.

  • This was really interesting. I never really listened to the whole diet effecting acne thing, but this shed a whole new light on it. I thought you just had to eat healthy, not just raw. I'm going to try this.

  • aghhhh. I love you. You inspire me. Everything you say makes sense. God, this is so helpful- thank you!

  • Hi, Do you still eat raw 100%?

  • I get huge, red pimples on my chin, plus some small (barely visible) pimples on my forehead and I've been completely raw for about a month. They seem to clear up and then come back. I rarely use anything on my skin since going raw, except for Dr. Bronner's almond soap and 100% raw almond oil...since starting that, it seems to be calming down but hmmm....how can I eliminate these pimples completely?? HELP!

  • @LisaGou Are you drinking ALOT...almost insane amount of water a day? You may be clogging your pores with something too.

  • @LisaGou

Go Paleo and use a little coconut oil.

  • I've enjoyed and agreed w/ everything I've seen so far that you have done. However, when you said heating up oil turns it into 'Trans Fat' that was incorrect. Cooking oils only become Trans Fats through Hydrogenation. Hydrogenation is a process whereby the molecular structure of a fat is altered so that the fat becomes 'hardened', it prevents the oils from going rancid for a vast amount of time (years). It's safe to gently heat up natural oils. Gently! No deep-frying!

  • I used to have bad acne. Everything cleared up after eating more greens and adding MSM, a sulphur supplement, to my diet.

  • Oh my God---you're over thirty. WOW!! I'm impressed! What about juice detoxing an then a raw food diet regarding getting rid of stretch marks? I have acne, stretch marks at the op of my breast and my butt cheeks (I know this is due to an inadequate diet) and also I my butt is like full of hyperpigmented skin (gotten worse over the years)-- will detoxing and raw foods help this?

  • Oh my God---you're over thirty. WOW!! I'm impressed!

  • Diet has no role in acne.. sorry to burst you're bubble.

  • Hi, your video is amazing!

Do you know of any natural sun protection which I can put on my face during summer days?

  • hi, i'm a pescetarian and so if i stop putting acne treatments on my face, would it work as well? thankss

  • What? Then how old is it make u? Above 30? I thought you were 20 @ ~ @

  • u dont look 30 omg

  • It's amazing the power of raw foods is not mainstream yet. One day everyone will know and no one will have to die because of greedy drug companies and fast food chains.

  • you are so pretty and i love the way you talk.

  • same woth me, this is day two for me and my skin is already peeling, especially on my chin and cheeks and yea it feels sunburnt although its like the middle of winter here

  • Good testimonial!

  • wow you dont even look 30, you look so young...like early 20's

  • Raw/vegan food has done wonders for my skin, also remember to drink lots of water! but dont expect it to work right away, it took me 5 years for it to finally slow down

  • That's so funny, I'm on day 9 and I notice that my skin was peeling. I also lost 10 pounds, yay!

  • like what are the thigs you lose waight

  • I want to try your advice but does not putting anything on your face include make up? I'm afraid of going without make up.

  • so your saying that when you had acne and u tried alot of creams to solve your problem and that everything you used was making it worse. So if by putting nothing on your face made your acne go away then what made you have acne in the 1st place? Cuz seriously i dont know any1 that uses acne creams and have no acne. .................im kinda confused o.O plz have the patience to answer this...no rush :/

  • You mean chemical peels? Your skin was purging. That's great :) Congratulations.

I've been changing a lot about my diet and such because I'm dealing with a sudden severe acne breakout/folliculitis. I'm going to order your Top 10 pdf/audio book.

    Thank you for these videos.

  • you are amazing xxxx

  • will this help melasma? the brown pigment on my face from hormones/all the acne meds ive put on it? I will not seem to go away...

  • i have melasma - the brown pigment on my skin from medications or hormones? Will raw food fix this?

  • @arbailey12 Mine was horrible. It's supposed to be a sign of estrogen dominance. So I got off the pill and quit eating soy, and have been doing raw for a couple of weeks and it is getting noticeably better!

  • hey im 15 years old and i have lots of acne and black heads

do you recon this will help me because i have tried almost everything else

  • @gojiberries1 How isn't it healthy when its made with frenshly squeezed oranged? I dont understand.

  • Does concentrated orange juice give you spots?

  • You mentioned drinking spring water. Is filtered water from my fridge dispenser ok?

  • What about the make-up??, how do you remove that?

And waterproof make-up and stuff like that?

  • you're inspirational!

  • You are 30? How old are you? You look amazing! Good for you Natasha, obviously experiencing great results of raw!

  • is this true that organic fruits have bugs in them?

  • This is very true guys. Pure and whole (organic is best) will give you great skin. I fell off the raw wagon and my acne came back (hormonal imbalance). Juice Organics Brightening Gel used to be my cure all but I must admit raw food really clears acne :)

Your vid is so RAW and true,Thanks!

  • Thank you so much for this video, and sharing your experience and advice. This was great, and you gave me so much hope and inspiration! Thank you a lot! Your skin looks amazing, and I cannot believe that you are more than 30. I was sure you were in your very early 20s. You are very beautiful and your videos are really great. I was searching for advice on acne and raw food, and then I found your videos, a blessing, I think. : )

  • great story!

  • u are so beautiful!!!...I am raw also and love it

  • I'm sold, I'm going to try a raw diet. My face is terrible. I hope it helps.

  • you are over 30????????? omg I thought you were near my age, Im 22

  • How long it takes depends on how severe your acne is, but you'll probably notice a difference around a week. The raw food will take away the redness (inflammation) on your face, and will actually make your skin look nice and moisturized.

Its not only good for your face, but your entire body. But its very important that all you eat are fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and water. If you eat anything else, it will upset your stomach or not be as effective at cleaning.

  • WHOA Natasha. You really surprised me when you said you were over 30, you look like in your early 20s. Bless the raw food diet.

  • I though the same!

  • yes very helpful for oily skin!

  • @RawRadiantHealth You've motivated me to try out this diet! Thanks a lot, and I hope it works.

  • it is or if its even a scar at all and has someone encountered something similar to this will it fade over time? let me know peace

  • lines and little details usually you cant see that on scars and its just a white line of thick tissue areas that are completely healed are somewhat darker thank my normal skin colour and the rest remains pale pink its about 2 weeks old im using baby oil like crazy but im not sure its a scar it looks like it is i mean my skin kinda shines where it is like most scars do but it also looks just like normal skin that is just a tad bit discolored never the less i am curious to know what kind of scar

  • hey i know its a long shot and this site probably isnt the best place to ask but could someone help me ou
