@mel505mel1978 63 days in between the before and after picture. if you want EXTREME results, then I say shakeology is a must. Will you get results without it? Yes. Nothing can replace a good solid whole foods diet, but shakeology allowed me to recover faster, push harder, and give me more endurance for workouts. Are you currently doing insanity?

@poolcue2002 Wow man. I read this a while ago but I was surprised and didn't know what to say really. I just got home not too long ago. Diet wasn't that bad. I did bbq some chuck steaks and had 2 beers. Other than that as far as the beer is concerned I was about 90% off my usual diet lol. I should be ready on the 25th. Is that good? I have some much needed cleaning up to do so I can have some room here.

My legs are killing me....it's not soreness, it's pain. Should I take a little break? Yesterday during suicide jumps, I just couldn't do it without pain. I just ran in place while that was going on.
@jdfraler well it really depends on what kind of pain it is and what part of your leg. Your shins? Calves? Hamstrings? Quads? Achilles tendon? Also, are you following the diet?

Week 3 starts today, my whole body is sore and I sweat like a pig but it feels great when your done..i am diffidently seeing changes, im only 15 but my dad told me that this is the perfect time to start doing stuff like this, i cant wait for day 60 to see how much ive changed
@Nobbit67 he is right. any time between age 11-15 is a great time to start exercising. you will grow faster and healthier by doing exercise. This is definitely good for you. Keep up with the diet and don't be eating burgers and fast food all the time and you should be okay. Are you trying to lose weight or what are your goals?

@4RealxKlutch absolutely! this will be PERFECT for you as well as your family. It's all body weight exercises so there is less risk of injury of breaking a bone that if you were lifting weights in a gym. Do you have a facebook? I can help you through the journey if you do.
We do insanity every night for wrestling at my school. Doing insanity as a team is great because if you start to slow down you have about twenty other guys motivating you to keep going. Thanks to this program and the motivation of my teammates i have dropped 27 lbs and a weight class. The real challenge is when the season ends, not gaining any back. I think I'm going to have to buy this myself.

@poolcue2002 I'm only a sophomore so i have two more years for wrestling. I may not be winning much because it's my first year but I'm not getting gassed like the other more experienced opponents are because of this program. I'll have to buy it so I don't ruin all my progress.

@Universemasterj long term insanity is not the answer because you can't build enough muscle doing the program and long term could be really bad on your joints just like people who run long distances. I'll shoot you a message on here and I can describe everything further to you.

@ModollarsJo During insanity I didn't drink it before or after, but I used it as a meal replacement and that's what I still mostly use it for, although it's not a bad idea to drink it after. Are you currently doing insanity and shakeology?

You cannot do insanity with a buzz of doing it at the start and motivation. These dry up quickly. You just need work ethic and make it a priority like eating and sleeping day in day out

@ManyVideosforyou i understand not being able to put on weight easy. i eat 8-10 times a day. I'm currently doing a mass gaining routine with p90x and have put on 12.5lbs in just 6 weeks. Feels amazing! P90X and Insanity are both great for ab work

@mitjacore lol nah man I gave it my best. But I now realiseed that the nutrition HAS LIKE A CRAZY IMPACT on your results. 80 percent food I would say and 20 percent workout. Cause I had did the workout to the max evrydya butI I still got fatty rolls and thats definetly cause of nutrition.

Hi im 16 and im using insanity i can feel my abs already under a little bit of fat and im only on day 2 lol.i wasnt fat to begin with i just wanted a beach body but im wondering to get the abs i want do i need to to the eat really healthy or follow the nutrition guide ,i ask this because im pretty young and i guess everyone at this age has a high metabolism haha
@tsfi1 you do have a high metabolism, but if you want a really good body and be healthy and get your results quicker then follow the diet plan! it's good and really easy! if you need any help let me know and send me a private message!
great results, but i kind of feel this wasn't done in the 60 days. why do i say this? i mean, your here with a website. chances are if you have a website, your trying to make money. so these pictures may not be just from insanity alone. that's marketing.. now, i'm not saying you are, but that's why it's hard to determine if these results are real or not, because i'm sure there are a lot out there that do it

@poolcue2002 it's funny you ask. i'm on a huge fence right now. i don't know if i should do p90x, insanity, or lift. i am not looking for bulk, i want a beach body. right now i have some fat around my stomache and a little on my chest. i'm trying to get a beach body. i just can't commit to the meal plans. if i eat veggies, fruits, clean carbs and 170g/protein (i weigh 170lbs) will i see great results?

@xPreTzeL sorry to cut in but i heard a rule of thumb was to eat your desired weight in protein.... say you wanna WEIGH 165 you would eat 165 g of protein. not your surrent weight. could be wrong, just thought i'd throw that out there.
@thompson8305 that's somewhat accurate depending on what kind of protein you are taking in. Animal or Vegetable protein. Vegetable protein you need a lot less. Animal you need more.
@poolcue2002 i'm not too sure. i know protein is good but i'm trying to lsoe weight and i'm afraid it will make me gain so i stay away but other soldiers mentioned it. i'm going to give insanity a shot on monday. it seems pretty intense and all the pt i do during the day plus the other vigorous things i do throughout the day it may be too much for me. i think if i follow it but not at their pace should be fine but eventually build up to that. should work. no harm.
@thompson8305 protein won't make you gain a lot of weight unless ur doing some serious lifting and eating an insane amount of calories. if your doing pt and insanity you couldn't gain weight if you tried lol. just pace yourself like you said and if you find you don't have enough energy add about 200-300 calories to your day

@mitjacore lol nah man I gave it my best. But I now realiseed that the nutrition HAS LIKE A CRAZY IMPACT on your results. 80 percent food I would say and 20 percent workout. Cause I had did the workout to the max evrydya butI I still got fatty rolls and thats definetly cause of nutrition.

Hi im 16 and im using insanity i can feel my abs already under a little bit of fat and im only on day 2 lol.i wasnt fat to begin with i just wanted a beach body but im wondering to get the abs i want do i need to to the eat really healthy or follow the nutrition guide ,i ask this because im pretty young and i guess everyone at this age has a high metabolism haha

great results, but i kind of feel this wasn't done in the 60 days. why do i say this? i mean, your here with a website. chances are if you have a website, your trying to make money. so these pictures may not be just from insanity alone. that's marketing.. now, i'm not saying you are, but that's why it's hard to determine if these results are real or not, because i'm sure there are a lot out there that do it

@xPreTzeL thanks dude! that just let's me know that I really did get great results! This was just 63 days of hard work and eating a clean diet. Blood, sweat and tears. There are much more extreme transformations than mine. You should look some more up! Are you doing insanity?

@poolcue2002 it's funny you ask. i'm on a huge fence right now. i don't know if i should do p90x, insanity, or lift. i am not looking for bulk, i want a beach body. right now i have some fat around my stomache and a little on my chest. i'm trying to get a beach body. i just can't commit to the meal plans. if i eat veggies, fruits, clean carbs and 170g/protein (i weigh 170lbs) will i see great results?

@xPreTzeL well it all depends on how tall you are and how old you are as well. do you have a facebook where we could talk on the chat? that would be a little easier. if not i can just send you a private message on here. The diet sounds pretty good. It's a lot about carb/protein/fat ratio as well.

@xPreTzeL sorry to cut in but i heard a rule of thumb was to eat your desired weight in protein.... say you wanna WEIGH 165 you would eat 165 g of protein. not your surrent weight. could be wrong, just thought i'd throw that out there.

@thompson8305 that's somewhat accurate depending on what kind of protein you are taking in. Animal or Vegetable protein. Vegetable protein you need a lot less. Animal you need more.

@poolcue2002 i'm not too sure. i know protein is good but i'm trying to lsoe weight and i'm afraid it will make me gain so i stay away but other soldiers mentioned it. i'm going to give insanity a shot on monday. it seems pretty intense and all the pt i do during the day plus the other vigorous things i do throughout the day it may be too much for me. i think if i follow it but not at their pace should be fine but eventually build up to that. should work. no harm.

@thompson8305 protein won't make you gain a lot of weight unless ur doing some serious lifting and eating an insane amount of calories. if your doing pt and insanity you couldn't gain weight if you tried lol. just pace yourself like you said and if you find you don't have enough energy add about 200-300 calories to your day

@packzack499 it's easily worth the money! the great thing about insanity is you will never be able to master this program. there is always a way to make it more difficult. you can always jump higher, move fast, do more pushups. etc. I strongly suggest trying it!
