@MrBrannfjell derp. Some people has bad internet provider or they are just too far from the server which makes it worse to play 'cuz you get high prings (higher pings = +delays u get). And this just help those out there who got bad internet provider or they are just too far from the server.

I've got a really crappy internet and it's usually around 2000-6000 and I tried this and it jumped to 16000... that's the kind of latency I get when I dare to enter SW. Imagine the horror if I entered now...

easy way to improve your latency is if you upgrade from wireles router to a wired

Im playing wow on a strong mobile connect. but i keep having 450-600ms all the time. Its often yellow and sometimes swift to green....the q is, is this going to help me or do i need router?

hey, my latency is in the 6000s.... and i reset and reset. it dont work... will this completely fix it or will it only take off 50

If it is in the 6000s than I am pretty sure that is based on your location and internet connection entirely. You can give it a try as I dont see it hurting your chances. You should also try looking into a service called WoW Tunnels. They charge a small monthly fee, I think I paid 6$ for 3 months of service and it was able to help my latency a good deal. I think the WoW Tunnels would be your best best. Goodluck.

@paymon11 are u sure this actualy helps lags/latency or just changes the the display of your latency? also does WoW Tunnels work good on latency like 250-500 latency? .... thnx

@wowbreadown This is a pretty old trick which again, you can do manually. It will not change the display to look like you have a lower latency, if it helps it will show. I tried WoW Tunnels and it seemed to do a pretty good job. I think they offer a trial where it works for 15 mins or something than you have to refresh. Try that out and see if it helps, if it does buy it.
