Why couldn't the parents of Butch have paid for all of the kids tokens? When you're really young parents usually pay for stuff like that. When I used to go to Chuck E. Cheese's for birthdays when I was young, the parents of the birthday kid paid for all of the tokens. It seems a little rude to make the kids pay for their stuff especially when they were invited to someone else's party. Who agrees with me on that?

Cartoon characters smoking for example, I remember how now people thought it's bad for characters to smoke because they think it would make kids want to smoke. When I was little however the only thing about smoking that I noticed (and that was when i was 8 or so) was that bag guys smoked so that made me think smoking was bad. They also think kids would notice things that they really would not notice....
