@AmadCatal1 I just took down my response cuz I noticed a horrendous typo in it. I meant to say, in hospitals in France it is considered UNhealthy for people to hear loud noises. That's why it's illegal to honk horns in France and sirens are only run for short periods when it is really an emergency.

@amy2x Oh, yes, more highways, always the best solution. The new tramways are brilliant. I'd like to see horse drawn carriages again! So civilized, and perhaps the sparrows would return.
