this is what I don't get. Why are the MSM assuming that Sanford was having an affair with a woman? he said "a friend" but didn't clarify. Usually with Republicans it turns out the affair was with a man and since Sanford didn't clarify to well during the press conference I'm going to make the conclusion that the window is STILL open. If it were a woman he would've said, "woman" but he decided to just say "a friend" which is pretty ambiguous.
