i made the same mistake. I heard this and thought, 'Cradle of Filth are amazing!', then i heard their remix of Hallowed Be Thy Name and promptly puked my face off.

And speaking of character design.. I was horrified when I first saw Dawn of Sorrow and Portrait of Ruin.. The character design...... x___x Thank god they had a change of style in Order of Ecclesia. xD

I personally liked PoR's design although I don't know why in Castlevania Eric's hair is purple coloured.

yea bloodlines box art he had blonde hair, his ingame sprite had green hair and in PoR he had purple.
