You've done all the side quests. The help someone fast was supposed to refer to Lucca's mom but the hint keeps popping up even after that quest is concluded.

I believe that sidequest hint that Gaspar keeps mentioning is a well known translation error. The only way to clear the hint is to close the chapter, which means beating the Black Omen.
