They are special children that will always hold on tight to our hearts enjoy your little sweetie

My little boy with downs died a short time after he was born .. heart failure.
Remember each and everyday how lucky you are .. They never said it would be easy,they just said it would be worth it .. and it will be.
This made me cry..such a beautiful angel from heaven.
