  • well Im only part sorry...ok

  • john lennon= sex

  • Dumbo was allowed in china town??

  • Although I hate truck-drivers I have found their tales of blood & mayhem consoling. How many songs have been composed in their honor? Who has the courage to deny a truck-driver's a romantic overtures? Is killing a truck-driver worse than killing a biker? Should I invite truck-drivers to my house regularly or what? If I kill a truck-driver will I be remorseful or what? [Cops don't know the law. They enforce the law.]

  • John sees how ridiculous everything is. And his anger is getting the best of him.

  • once i heard him say the thing about 40 I knew it was gonna be a top comment

  • Rare? It's on fucking Youtube! LOL!

  • paul's the only one who looks like he did in 63. The other seemed to have aged a bit (hairstyles aside). I guess Paul just always had a low-stress attitude to life

  • "What are you gonna do with that a cigarette"

"I'm gonna frame it!" :D I woulda done the same thing xD

Paul looks so cute just chillen there smokin his cigarette, twiddlin his thumbs and swinging his legs :) They are all so cute! :D it seemed pretty obvious they were tired of answering useless questions. they just wanted to play their music more then anything. I like how outspoken they are. so honest instead of acting so completely fake.

  • John like.. predicted his death o.o

  • They were bigger than cigarretes.

Blingo has never given up acting or miming with Fred Bisssone

  • haha that girl was gonna frame one of the beatles cigarette's.

  • I had to comment again lol 01:45 is sooo cute. I love John.

  • I agree with @BeatleUniversity. So horrible :(

But, one thing I love about this interview is that it's quite obvious The Beatles were tired and did not want to be there and they showed it. Unlike celebs today who act all happy and cheery all the time.. The Beatles were the farthest thing from fake. I love it.

  • They very must remind me of bands today (when they're interviewed). When bands are so passionate about their music, I don't really think they care about any questions they're asked.

  • Cow Palace?

  • I think im just watching these interviews because I want to hear their adorable accents and laughs...thats okay right? :) BEATLES FOREVER.

  • @PJGRBeatles4ever Hey, same as me.(; I have to get my Paulie fix.

  • @itsbridgetlogann Paulie is my FAVORITE! Him and Ringo are the cutest. :)

  • @PJGRBeatles4ever Paulie is a win-winn because he can be cute, handsome, and totally sexy also. John is just sexy to the max, bahaha! Ringo is a cutie, you're right.(:

  • @itsbridgetlogann Haha, youre totally right about Paul, he's just all around gorgeous...

  • @alaskanbeatlesfan who wants to go around punching people? lol grow up.

  • maccaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • We'll comeback when were 40*

  • When John said "We'll comeback if were 40" made me sad :(

  • when i was little i thought john lennon was a comidian.... woops

  • @awesomegirl217 He was shot. And when you say "when I'm 65" do you mean the song? Cause its called "When i'm 64". George made it to 58

  • @Ecclipze WRONG, GEORGE LIVED WAY BEYOND 1958

  • @ThisVideoGetsMeMoist Thanks for stating the obvious, I know that, I'm not stupid. He wouldn't have been in the Beatles if he dies at 1958. He WAS 58 when he died of cancer...

  • @ThisVideoGetsMeMoist you are an ignorant bastard

  • @john1968326 So am I.

  • the interviews are just as entertaining as the music

  • What police? xD

  • fat elvis period

  • Oh George's comment about Texas... How right he is! I live in Texas haha I know what it is like here.

  • "I say I'm gonna frame it!"

Oh old talk, (I say) so much better than the way we do things now: "like, like this ,like that, she was like!"

More like thats was like so annoying!

  • Ahh Ringo:)

    Makes me laugh:D

  • I don't understand, well I do, I've been there and still going through it, why John called himself Fat Elvis during this time. He looked so cute with some meat on his bones. I call his early Beatles days, babyfat days.

  • fans were so obsessed with them... "and what are you going to do with the ciggarette?" "I think I'm gonna frame it!" Oh what am i saying..... I would probably be that obsessed too XD

  • 01:18 yum.

  • What I like about these guys is how brutally honest they were in everything they did. If they were tired or upset, they woudln't pull a happy face or try to look chirpy, they would sit there and look sulky like they did in this interview, they look so tired and definitely not too keen on being ata press conference... and This was precisely one of the reasons people loved them so much and still do.

  • Amazing, only one question about music and it was a stupid one; just like all the other questions. Goes to show just how little the press took them seriously. But then again, as far as they were concerned, rock'n'roll was just silly noise and the Beatles were just a fad.

  • cool,ultra thanxs 4 sharing

  • Frame it!! Thats soo cool! But she looks like shes milking the publicity when she says that! But no, shes lucky!

  • @BeatleUniversity-I noted that comment too, so sadly ironic. John was an amazing man with so much to share in music, philosophy, and life. His murder was beyond tragic; he stole John from his family, us and the world.

  • wow i cant believe john was 40 when he past away still kind of young thou..........so dumb ya epsecially johns murder that guy was just thinking waayyy off.................fuck him he shouldnt even get parol......keep him in there for life...........and it was just another day of johns life too u know just goin home to him apartment and as he aprroached like 20ft. away from da car or 30 maybe even 40ft lol he got shot in the back.....fuckin tragedy just stupid and foolish of that guy

  • the sheer mundanity of everything beyond writing and performing

  • :5 omg lucky! lmfao!

  • Where was this?

  • Ringo Starr, the best actor of The Beatles!

  • "I think I'm gonna frame it" OMG!

  • lol john at 1:14

"some place in New Zeland, i think.. Houston" haaahaha

  • ohh how i love them! :)

and they have such a nice humor! ;D

  • Whats even stranger is that in a documentary John did they filmed him in his hotel room which was number 1208. The date he ws killed 12-08

  • what police?

  • "If we're still alive when we're 40" WOW

  • @MonroeCt

Wow...Indeed, John's comment was so eerie and ironic. He was alive still when he was forty. But, he was forty for ony 3 months. Though, he did get to see Los Angeles. John's infamous "lost weekend" back in the 70s took place there with May Pang and Harry Nillson.

  • @MonroeCt HE WAS STILL ALIVE AT 40.

  • i love them in the 60s

  • George!!!!!!!!!!! you are soooooo perfect! that is the only word that is worthy of your perfectness!!!

  • they 0:59 @ Beatlesroooock omg beautiful,right?

  • ringo's accent is so cool

  • Probably in music history, the murder of John Lennon will stand as one of the most despicable events ever.

  • Not music history, just HISTORY.

  • lol, she's gonna frame the cigarette

  • John says he will come back at 40 to look around the US,if he is alive...

he did get to see the States...but he died at 40.....R.I.P. John

  • he almost lost his life and limb in houston??

    represent

  • if were still alive when were 40....*sob*sob*...were miss u john...i wish u couldve seen the places

  • Interesting how John said "if we're still alive when we're 40..." That's how old he was when he was murdered. So tragic.

  • @BeatleUniversity Thats kinda spooky! Like. hes only really talking about himself kindas thing when you look back!

  • @BeatleUniversity yeah, you're right. that's kinda creepy (and very sad of course).

    I HATE YOU MARK CHAPMAN!!!!!!!

  • @BeatleUniversity So strange how he picks that age out of many... He could've said 50, but the fact he picked 40 is very strange. It is such a shame he died so young though.

  • @BeatleUniversity yeah its heartbreaking.

  • @BeatleUniversity John also said he'd be probably be shot by some loon.

  • @BeatleUniversity He also has the song "Life begins at 40", I always make the connection. Tragic, yes.

  • @BeatleUniversity According to his biography, he had a premonition that he would be shot too. "I probably will not live very long, I most likely will be shot too."

  • he was joking about the contact lenses, obviously.

  • No he probably wasn´t. According to Philip Norman, he started wearing contact lenses in ´63 or ´64 after the lead singer of some other band told him about it. Makes one wonder why Lennon started wearing glasses after ´66, since he used to hate them so much, and was too vain to wear them on stage.

  • He didn't mind it too much since Buddy Holly wore glasses.

  • @bonjourballerina Why would he be joking? He actually wore them for a while. He just said he didn't want to get them knocked out.

  • lol about Houston

  • lmaooo, I love how george is playing with the cords on the mic stand.

  • Interesting comments by John. "If we live to be 40 years old we'd like to come back and see what the city looks like." He was killed shortly after turning 40. No electronic amplification? It wouldn't be rock'n roll without it! No unplugged for him. He also revealed that he wears contact lenses.

  • i'd frame his cigerette too. ;P good and very funny interview. I love it when they get funny on there interviews.

  • Was that a mouse ,darting across the stage(background, from right to left)@4:28?

  • @bobbya51 I think so! lol

  • Aww, ironic how John said "If we're still alive we'll come back when we're 40"

    Made me teary eyed...

  • Me too man, I sometimes think he had a feeling he didn't have too long...

  • "What Police?" XD That was awesome - props to Ringo..it cracks me up.

  • that would be amazing if they were all alive today i wonder what the world would be like

  • "too busy guarding the oil" LOL! how true :))

  • I love how George is so quite and shy not talking and then when a question about music and stuff to do with guitars he perks right up almost talking over John to speak. George is AWESOME may he and John rest in peace

  • Someone actually suggested that they should use less amplified, electronic sound on stage? People in those days seemed to be from Mars. Some of the questions and suggestions were so idiotic. Notice that when the conference finally ends the boys couldn't get out of there fast enough? LOL

  • who said "what police"?

    at 1:52 ish

  • Ringo

  • Ringo said that

  • Ringo XD

  • It's just amazing that 4 people of this caliber happened to find each other

  • like getting dealt 4 aces in a row. what are the odds of that?

    0.00000015390771693292701696063040600856 :))

  • @inkey2 Fate

  • @inkey2 that is a true miracle

  • @inkey2

    *3

  • @inkey2 well three and ringo lol

  • @inkey2 John and Paul had a mutual friend who introduced them. George was a schoolmate and neighbour of Paul's. And Ringo was in another Liverpool band, but was recruited by George to join the Beatles when they got a record deal.

  • "If were still alive when we're 40 we'll come back and have a look at the places that looked interesting"

:( Shame, he just made it to 40.

  • "too busy guarding the oil..." - truer words never spoken :))

  • John is wit, George is cool, Paul is smart, Ringo is funny~!!

  • John was cheeky.

  • I like him like that.

  • well said

  • August 31,1965 San Francisco...

  • We're all suckers ...they LIVED it!!!!!!!!

  • ahh he said still alive when 40., he died at 40 man

  • People threw *shoes* on the stage? That's bizarre :-P

  • John talked about 1965 being his "fat Elvis" period because he thought he was getting fat. This is a rare reel where you can actually see it.

  • when did he talk about that?

  • cvs2901, he said -- about the Help! period in 1965 -- "I really was crying out for help. It was my fat Elvis period. You see the movie: [I was] very fat, very insecure and completely lost." You can google 'John Lennon fat elvis' for the full interview.

  • It's weird though. Look at him circa 1967 and he's a bean pole. he lost alot of weight in 2 years.

  • Flerg3, you're right. And I don't know why I got a thumbs down on my original comment. Those were John's own words about himself. Ringo, too, in a later interview said the Beatles ballooned up in these middle years because -- literally -- the record label gave them celebratory dinners when their records moved up the charts. 20 number one hits will do that! But, yeah, John lost his in a hurry like you said.

  • "well come back when were forty".. rip john lennon and George harrison.. great video!

  • when they were in their mid-to-late 30s, John and Ringo did come back to LA.
