listen people anybody who trains at a gym when hitting the pads will punch pretty fast (as fast as guzman i doubt many of us do) but you can't always punch this fast and consistently in an actual fight, you could be countered with a solid hook... so you can't rely on only what you see from training to make judgement it's only the tools from trainig that you take into a fight.
