I think you should add a blog section- I love it when stores do that, because sometimes you would rather read an article than watch a video. It would be a cool way to connect with your customers, and personally, that really helps me trust the company and their products more.
I would suggest that sigma hold sales or promotions with time limits, like a sort of auction. Might bring in more customers. But before it's held of course announce it within reasonable time frame. much love I totally live sigma products

I think the online site is already pretty much perfect . I think the only thing I might change to improve the website would be to have extra things like polls or stuff like that for people that sign up for an account . (:
On the sidebar, you guys don't have a separate "Brushes" and "Palettes" button. When I don't see buttons like that right away, I get too lazy to get all complicated and look for what I want.
Also makes things that you want sell more, POP. A brighter color since the whole site is mostly black/gray orange and pink like a color that clashes with the theme. Also do deals such as the cost of shipping gets cheaper as you spend more then over $100 is free shipping. That way, your still making money.

I honestly think your site is pretty darn good as is, but if you want to attract more customers. How about giving a certain percent off for first time buyers and a point system for returning customers an if they reach a certain amount of points they receive a discount or a free item such as shipping, brushes etc. The site is really good already you have an affiliated section, individual brushes and brush kits, makeup and you represent you YOUTUBE subscribers, fans and customers. Good deals always attract people, such as free shipping with certain amount of purchase. OR getting points with each purchase to redeem other products. Maybe changing up the free sample that came with each purchase also could be great as we can try a bunch of other products.

I think you should have specials (like a certain % off) every so often and display the sale right on your homepage. For example, you have a free mini palette w/$75 purchase (which is a bit high) but no one would know it by logging on to your site. If you want to draw in more buyers, sales and, of course, free shipping are essential. Even if it's just random free shipping on orders of $30, $40 or $50. BUT displaying them right on your homepage for all buyers to see and want to buy.
The sigma website is already THE BOMB.COM! It would be nice if we could have makeup artist respond to some of our beauty questions, also if there would be more of a wide range of good quality inexspensive makeup for sell. More deals like free shipping if you spend 50$ or more or something along those lines. Shipping is a big deal for me and I'm more apt to shop if I get free shipping. Plus there are so many brushes I want and in stead of spending the money on shipping I could get more brushes, and brag about them to all my friends and be able to show them off! :P
instead of selling a brush set with different brushes , maybe we could customize into our own and choose the brushes that we need and essential for traveling or doing makeup at home
A complete range of Sigma brushes in the travel size where we can choose items like and build the kit. This is not done by other companies and would be wonderful to have a full range of small sized brushes where the brush head is the same size yet it has shorter handles.
A way to browse brushes by number (as a sorting like "price low to high", "title", you should add "brush number"). Rebate for shipping after a certain amount of purchase (for example, Sephora ships to US for free after 50$, to Canada after 120$). Another idea would be to introduce new brushes, like a fan brush. And bundle deals for the palettes and after a certain amount of individual brushes. Lastly, I think that offering the combined duo brushes on their own would be a big hit! Thanks!

I think you should have free shipping as an option, and the Pro set in the Fun colors as well. And we should be able to get the brushes in different colors individually as well.
Better search bar .. for example when I write the word "foundation" it only shows me the foundation brush, I wanted anything related to the word foundation, not only the item name .. this would REALLY help us find what we want! :)

Being that I am new to the whole makeup thing..I feel that for persons like myself it would be nice if you could offer a simulated make over that relates to our personal skin color, eye color etc. I feel this would allow for better selections when it comes to chosing which eye pallette would work best. it's really difficult guestion honestly. I think more discount would be really good. ;) I would appreciate more simple menu maybe without collection or (and) functions.
1)less main categories - too many cat. is confusing - I would rather use filter (filter by: new arrivals / top seller / collections / function) - menu items with mentioned categories replace with pages/articles (see 2)
2)add pages with articles: a)how to ... (make cateye, smokey eyes, ...), b)video tutorials/video of week/look of week (from users on net)

I think you can offer more different sets for discounted price. for example, a set with the Synthetic Face Kit + 12 Brush Kit (so if you buy this set, it will be cheaper than buying both products individually). Also I think the page for individual brushes is a little bit difficult to find the brushes you want. It is more convenient to show the items in icons instead of a list view
I think the "collections" page isn't really necessary - just one page with all the brush sets on it would be a bit easier to navigate. Overall it's great though!
Overall ordering was very simple, however i did have trouble looking for the kit i wanted because i did not know the name (Synthetic Face Kit ). You should have it on the special deals link, after all, it's a REALLY GOOD DEAL.
I would love to be able to roll over an image and see it zoom in, while looking. I would also love product suggestions in color schemes,while looking at each products.So if I'm looking at brushes, I would love to see mirror/bag/other accessory suggestions.Or even the new palettes, I would love to see brush color suggestions, to go w/ the palettes pop up. Sigma is wonderful, but the shipping is a bit high (for international shipping) You can't probably change the shipping price, but samples of your latest product/(makeup) would be awesome.

There is one thing you could do. There could be the option of putting together your palette. An empty palette and separate eyeshadows that we can choose to put together, if we want certain colour combinations that you don't offer us. I was thinking you could give discounts to those who have an order over a sum of money, like for 50$ you get 10% discount from the shipping fee,or for 100$ you get 20% discount..something like that.Or for those who ordered before you could also give them a discount,or if they have 2 or 3 orders above a certain amount of money they could get a free product.

More makeup guide for each product to bring out the special things of each one. This could be easier for the shoppers to decide to buy it. And I think the makeup tutorial is very important. It shows how to use your product in the smart way. You just have to launch a variety of tutorials. Such as, the tutorial for different skin tone, different face shape and eye shape...like asian mono lid eyes.
Would be better if there was a bit more of make up products, so that it would be easy to order just lots of stuff in one go, and no need to pay for delivery few times...

In my personal opinion the shipping from sigma was great, it took about 4 days which is amazing. If one thing could change I have to agree that lower shipping costs for larger shipments would be nice. Although I am so impressed with the speed of the shipping I think it was worth it.
I would love to have special deals also available to international buyers because in Australia we don't have very many products which are good quality matched and with good prices. I love sigma brushes and would love there to be more photos or videos on how to use each individual brush
I would move the sidebar menu on the left and put it at the top with a list drop down menu for each link. For example, when someone hovers over "Products," a list of drop down menu of "Brush Kits," "Individual brushes," and so on would show. This would increase sales because it requires less clicks for most customers (and also saves time for them because they could be directed where they want to go right away instead of waiting for another menu page to load.)
in other make up websites I personally make a massive use of the wishlist function. I think it is useful in order to keep trace of products we see when we have more time to do "window shopping" and to avoid to forget them once we place the order (I often forget things I have seen before and realize it only when I've already paied).
ive seen a few blog post about the new gift with purchase i think you guys should have more random items to give out ..lots of people repurchase a lot from sigma and dont want to get the same item every time ..maybe if you have a list of items and we can pick a item we would like to get ..that would be nice too :)
The online shopping is great, no need for improvement. I love my sigma brushed. The only issue i have is the cost of shipping. Keeping selling good brushes.
I would like the button to "Add to Wish List" to be along with the list of products, right now we have to click inside the product page to do that. It would be cute if you added a little star or something so it doesn't call attention away from "Add to the Cart", but at the same time it'd facilitate our lives.
Also, on the Wish List page, please add a button "Add all to your cart", so we don't have to click on every single product.
As mentioned by others, the shipping fee could be reduced or free over a certain spending amount. Sigma (being strictly and online store) could promote either special discounts or promotions, this would so help me submit my order instead of just pretend like i am going to purchase. Like many other online buyers, I LOVE discounts, so this is something Sigma could work on to improve my online shopping experience with Sigma.
As already mentioned, the shipping fee could be reduced, especially for international orders. And you could introduce more discount codes either on certain holidays or just randomly. What I think would improve your website is the option to change the prices into different currencies, I'm always having to flick to xe.com to do price conversions into NZD from USD. It would be extremely helpful you could have that option to change to your country's currency as it helps me get my head around wat im spending and would make it way more convenient .
I think the website is easy to navigate and enjoy the pictures, ability to zoom, etc. Your customer service is wonderful too. The shipping is very fast since it's Priority Mail but sometimes a little costly if you're not ordering more than one item. More deals like free shipping if you spend 50$ or more or something along those lines. Shipping is a big deal for me and I'm more apt to shop if I get free shipping. Plus there are so many brushes I want and in stead of spending the money on shipping I could get more brushes, and brag about them to all my friends and be able to show them off! :P

A complete range of Sigma brushes in the travel size where we can choose items like and build the kit. This is not done by other companies and would be wonderful to have a full range of small sized brushes where the brush head is the same size yet it has shorter handles.

A way to browse brushes by number (as a sorting like "price low to high", "title", you should add "brush number"). Rebate for shipping after a certain amount of purchase (for example, Sephora ships to US for free after 50$, to Canada after 120$). Another idea would be to introduce new brushes, like a fan brush. And bundle deals for the palettes and after a certain amount of individual brushes. Lastly, I think that offering the combined duo brushes on their own would be a big hit! Thanks!

I think your service is already at a very high standard from my past experience of shopping online with you :) Although to improve it I think you should work on trying to make the shipping to international countries quicker and I think that you should possibly create a sort of points card where each customer can gain points with every purchase on the sigma website and the build up of these points could result in us receiving free gifts?

I would love for the build-your-own-kit function to be a virtual brush roll that you could "Add" brushes to... Also, I think it would be so amazing if when you did that, there would be a discount when you reached different amounts of brushes, such as 5% off a set of 5, 10% off a set of 10, etc :)

Being that I am new to the whole makeup thing..I feel that for persons like myself it would be nice if you could offer a simulated make over that relates to our personal skin color, eye color etc. I feel this would allow for better selections when it comes to chosing which eye pallette would work best. 1)less main categories - too many cat. is confusing - I would rather use filter (filter by: new arrivals / top seller / collections / function) - menu items with mentioned categories replace with pages/articles (see 2)
2)add pages with articles: a)how to ... (make cateye, smokey eyes, ...), b)video tutorials/video of week/look of week (from users on net)
3)add facebook's comment style to product pages - more people can see, what his friends wrote about Sigma and can explore Sigma

I think you can offer more different sets for discounted price. for example, a set with the Synthetic Face Kit + 12 Brush Kit (so if you buy this set, it will be cheaper than buying both products individually). Also I think the page for individual brushes is a little bit difficult to find the brushes you want. It is more convenient to show the items in icons instead of a list view

Overall ordering was very simple, however i did have trouble looking for the kit i wanted because i did not know the name (Synthetic Face Kit ). You should have it on the special deals link, after all, it's a REALLY GOOD DEAL.

I would love to be able to roll over an image and see it zoom in, while looking. I would also love product suggestions in color schemes,while looking at each products.So if I'm looking at brushes, I would love to see mirror/bag/other accessory suggestions.Or even the new palettes, I would love to see brush color suggestions, to go w/ the palettes pop up. I would love shopping suggestions, for a set price range I enter. I would love to see the website load faster, into my brower, as well.

Sigma is wonderful, but the shipping is a bit high (for international shipping) You can't probably change the shipping price, but samples of your latest product/(makeup) would be awesome.

maybe when you enter to the website you can choose where are you from and then everything is in that language and the prices. or maybe you guys can make tests and at the end recommend the things that as result from the test we could like. you could also explain more how could you use the brushes, what are they for and stuff like that. anyways your website is really helpful :)

There is one thing you could do. There could be the option of putting together your palette. An empty palette and separate eyeshadows that we can choose to put together, if we want certain colour combinations that you don't offer us. The same thing with the brushes, an easier way to do it, like one specific page for it.=]

Like everyone else said, the shipping fee is a bit too much. I was thinking you could give discounts to those who have an order over a sum of money, like for 50$ you get 10% discount from the shipping fee,or for 100$ you get 20% discount..something like that.Or for those who ordered before you could also give them a discount,or if they have 2 or 3 orders above a certain amount of money they could get a free product.
Special deals-like if you buy 4 products one is for free or something like that

More makeup guide for each product to bring out the special things of each one. This could be easier for the shoppers to decide to buy it. And I think the makeup tutorial is very important. It shows how to use your product in the smart way. You just have to launch a variety of tutorials. Such as, the tutorial for different skin tone, different face shape and eye shape...like asian mono lid eyes.

In my personal opinion the shipping from sigma was great, it took about 4 days which is amazing. If one thing could change I have to agree that lower shipping costs for larger shipments would be nice. Although I am so impressed with the speed of the shipping I think it was worth it.

I would love to have special deals also available to international buyers because in Australia we don't have very many products which are good quality matched and with good prices. I love sigma brushes and would love there to be more photos or videos on how to use each individual brush

I would move the sidebar menu on the left and put it at the top with a list drop down menu for each link. For example, when someone hovers over "Products," a list of drop down menu of "Brush Kits," "Individual brushes," and so on would show. This would increase sales because it requires less clicks for most customers (and also saves time for them because they could be directed where they want to go right away instead of waiting for another menu page to load.)

in other make up websites I personally make a massive use of the wishlist function. I think it is useful in order to keep trace of products we see when we have more time to do "window shopping" and to avoid to forget them once we place the order (I often forget things I have seen before and realize it only when I've already paied).

I would like the button to "Add to Wish List" to be along with the list of products, right now we have to click inside the product page to do that. It would be cute if you added a little star or something so it doesn't call attention away from "Add to the Cart", but at the same time it'd facilitate our lives.
Also, on the Wish List page, please add a button "Add all to your cart", so we don't have to click on every single product.

As mentioned by others, the shipping fee could be reduced or free over a certain spending amount. Sigma (being strictly and online store) could promote either special discounts or promotions, this would so help me submit my order instead of just pretend like i am going to purchase. Like many other online buyers, I LOVE discounts, so this is something Sigma could work on to improve my online shopping experience with Sigma.

As already mentioned, the shipping fee could be reduced, especially for international orders. And you could introduce more discount codes either on certain holidays or just randomly. Might also introduce a product of the month, and sell at a discounted price, for the corresponding month. But nothing to improve on products. Sigma brushes are already excellent!

The shipping fee is a bit too much especially when ordering from international locations. Please make it more affordable for overseas customers. It would be appreciated more than you can imagine !
Another option would be free shipping over $50 or something ( for international) which would also be great as it would be more of an incentive to make an order. High shipping charges always puts one off of ordering especially when abroad.

What I think would improve your website is the option to change the prices into different currencies, I'm always having to flick to xe.com to do price conversions into NZD from USD. It would be extremely helpful you could have that option to change to your country's currency as it helps me get my head around wat im spending and would make it way more convenient .

I think the website is easy to navigate and enjoy the pictures, ability to zoom, etc. Your customer service is wonderful too. The shipping is very fast since it's Priority Mail but sometimes a little costly if you're not ordering more than one item. One thing I would suggest is perhaps a coupon code (especially for those who have ordered before) for free shipping or a discount on a future order. Thanks for the giveaway! :)

ah! it'll be better if you'll have something like 'find your ideal brush/the right kit for you' button where customers would specify the brush they're looking for then you'll show list of prods that could be helpful/perfect for them and uhm . rebate/freebies when people reached certain amount of points blah blah~ and lower shipping rates and more makeups~ you should sell minerals and powders/foundations then offer free samples/ put them along with the orders ! 8D
