NIce performance, nice quality. I just landed here after having watched the one by WatchDancingWTStars (ugh, out of focus). Their tango was so superior to Kate & Tony's (inferior version of FYE, stiff and fairly graceless moves when contrasted with Evan & Anna's).

Anyway Evan is so much fun to watch. Being willing to take coaching is such a great advantage for him, that and his great work ethic. He's a sweet fellow for sure.

It is puzzling though sometimes his foots slips on a step as if the shoe can grip the floor or something. Not sure what is happening for him.??? Hope he solves it soon. In later weeks, that sort of flup could cost him.

@jimmbboe2 No it's the right foot that slipped... per the rehearsal footage for this tango he stated he could stomp with his right foot but not the left. I believe it is the left foot that is injured. He needed to protect that left foot during the tango. It's really kinda strange.

I don't know how it happened but I'm starting to really love this music to this tango. "Wait a Minute" -- yeah! The first couple of days I was horrified though.

This was indeed a great performance (with technique even to Len's liking), but where, oh where, are the tens, or at least a nine from Len?? It was very hot! Keep your fingers crossed for appropriate music. Just relax and go for it, Evan! And everybody: keep voting, voting, voting!! (The comment Evan made to breaking another toe, making three total, was in reference to his belief that three is his lucky number, and it plays into some of his pre-competitive rituals.)

I really had to laugh when Evan told Anna to break a couple more toes if he did it wrong. He's so great all around, and I'm so glad he FINALLY fixed his feet somewhat. I'm so proud of him! He and Anna are so great!

Evan did great, music was terrible choice for Tango, funny they made him dance to a Pussycat doll song and he nailed it! GO EVAN!!

@alexisrg7 I don't understand why they are not using traditional ballroom music. Their music wasn't as bad as some of the music that was being played yesterday. A couple of the songs were really bad! I think Anna's good choregraphy and good dancing from Evan made this song kinda work. I wish they bring back the regular ballroom music.

@10countrygirl yeah this was good, but I think it be even better with traditional Tango music, DWTS choices really weird songs for the wrong dances sometimes and it hurts the performances forturnately Evan and Anna are so good they made this work after watching it a few times I liked it but I love to see them dance to real tango music instead of pop music
