  • Looks like a luxurious toyota corolla with a hybrid engine..lol

  • i would take the Ct200 model over this

  • this car looks better than the prius

  • Wow, somebody can't do math. The host says that the Lexus' 187hp is twice the Prius'. The Prius has 134hp.

  • has a nice interior. nice review.

  • not nice

  • Ford Fusion is Made in Mexico.. nuff said.

  • so are the clothes you where... so what do you mean?

  • @JogBird no not nuff said...ford fusion is alot better of a vehicle than a toyota..... provides better fuel economy and better price

  • Toyota Avensis, so 4 door hybrid luxury scion tC. As long as they're bring the Euro modes over, where are the Civic type-R's and Focus RS's?

  • looks like a corolla blown up with fancy tinsel!

  • @cheemooo So is everything that is out there..... Audi A3= VW Golf same shit

  • I would still prefer an IS250. More power, Rear Wheel Drive, better interior, better exterior, and all for about the same price.

  • @DualofChaos I'd agree with you.... however, the HS250h has more technology in it than the IS lineup. from it's 0.27cd, to plant based plastic interior, sonar cruise control, lane departure warning system, and 10 airbags including both driver and passenger knee bag, and rear side airbags and curtain airbags. I'd say this is definately something worth a test drive and quite honestly a smarter buy.

  • @koukiR32 I am sorry to say this but almost everything you said was pointless. Plant based plastic interior? who buys a car for that? I would pay for a RWD, but not that man. This car is dumb. If you want a hybrid, buy a Prius. People actually know what that is.

  • @ DualofChaos Uhhhhh so your saying I need to buy a car that is more well known to be satisfied? that makes no sense at all! Also the plant based plastic interior is just another way to be green.

  • Love this car, love the design

  • The grille is off of Lexus's own L-finesse concepts from the early 2000s. And this looks like a Corolla because it is essentially a luxury Prius. Toyota found that many Prius customers were very affluent and would have opted for a small Lexus hybrid had one been available. Enter the HS.

  • I agree with the previous posts. It looks like a tarted up Corolla. Talk about badge engineering.

  • Why didnt they put the 2.7 liter 4 cylinder Instead. I mean why not

  • Because the "Big 4" hybrid drivetrain that Toyota has on the shelf is the Camry Hybrid. The performance of this car is very good for a hybrid.

  • It really does look like a Corolla, except for the grille. Even the video mentions it, it looks like a carbon copy of a Ford Fusion grille.

  • Not the current Fusion grille, more like the grille of the last Fusion.

  • nice Ford grill on that corolla...lol

  • Actually, very different I think. Google first generation Fusion. In the Fusion grille, the lines extend all the way to the edge. This is not the case in the HS grille. Further, the HS intake is way bigger than the Fusion's. I'm talking about the first generation Fusion's grille.

  • I don't like hybrids, but this is pimp.

  • Pimp? Really? If you think Corollas with aero kits look "pimp".

  • Your absolutely right. This car is what the 2009 corolla supposed to look like, nevertheless I think its a great looking car.

  • The best looking hybrid only engine car to date

  • it is good, they should build the prius like this, i hate how the prius and insight looks.

  • Ugly, looks like a Corolla

  • exactly.

  • I love it! It doesn't look like a flashy look at me hybrid.

  • lmao! yeah it does ... that grille. the tail lights ... come on.

  • I like it!
