I don't know a single word you're talking about, but I'll try to translate.

Spore is a video game where you basically 'Play God'. You start your creature's life as a cell, and you keep modifying it, eventually it turns into a creature, then you would advance into a tribal stage, civilization stage, and finally space stage.

Apparently you aren't a native English speaker. You are referring to Spore as if it were a character. It is a video game.

Spore Galactic Adventure is an expansion pack for SPORE. the SPORE Creature creator is, simply, a creator built into SPORE for your own enjoyment.

I don't know of ANY SPORE for children, whoever told you that must be making that up.
