i would have a go at making the route my self coz i no the route like the back of my hand but i have problems with bve route builder. do you use bve route builde or something els coz if u use somthing ells could you pleas tell me thanks :-)
@medavidroberts i never built a route before, although i have fixed some routes with some knowledge of route coding, but i probably wouldn't recommend route builder anymore, not especially for manchester metrolink when you have really tight curves, and that i wouldn't want my manchester metrolink to look like the one from MSTS, it's just not realistic or even practical at all. so i would handcode mine, but theres a guide written by dennis lance on writiing a route, haven't read it but will do :)
@medavidroberts i actually went inside a cab once thanks to a VERY generous northern employee, but the photos were all crap as I took them all too fast and unfortunately all turned out to be blurry, even though it looked clear on the camera screen.
it ok dont bother making it because not major route so it might be better sticking to metrolink. i was surprise to 142088 because i 4t is was newcasle based but they must of change deport and i took the vid because it was a busy train so i was nily aginst the door any way so it wasent that inbarasing lol :P
but least to mention, that fact that you took a lot of time and preparation to make this video for viewers especially me specifically is such a great honour and i would like to thank you so much for taking the time for it, even though i said the sounds aren't great.
Great recording dude! I know there's a little through that cab door, let alone you probably had been embarrassed my the other passengers sitting right behind you. In terms of BVE Development as far as this video, it looks like a simple route to make if I had the knowledge of making a route and spending so much time on it. As you know already, there's a 142 088 for BVE, but if there wasn't one, sadly I wouldn't recommend this video be used for materials as the engine sounds are not that great...
