I got my nexus this past Friday and the only thing that i can see that thy did not include that the iphone has witch is kick ass is the pinch zoom when on the web and in texing the magnify glass to correct miss spelled words ...on the nexus you just half to hold down for a sec on the location. ps the iphone is a thumbs down even know i love it AT&T suck and the nexus has way more options to customize ur phone and u can get it engraved =P

its a legal issue where apple (even though they didn't invent multitouch) would sue, i think they've got some sort of patent on it being in phones..

however the android community could unlock it themselves and send word of it to users, and then wed have it but google wouldn't be liable cause they can just say "hey we cant control what they do with the phones". that's why there's no legal problems with dolphin browser and multitouch photo galleries, cause its not googles fault.
