I have my own perspective of life; be good, TRY to not inflict pain or suffering of any kind, but live free, you can do anything to your own body that you like without causing any suffering to others. Our beeing here is to explore every aspect of life, that is feeling, seeing, sensing, smelling etc. and have an open mind, not to get trapped to any life pattern, like materialism or religion, try to live inbetween. Make your own descitions about things.

Very, very well said. We own the mind but it is so active and energetic, that it ends up owning us. That is why we say stupid things like- I think therefore I am, instead of realizing that- I am, therefore I think.

You have in your mind,what you have colected trough time.But you have your choice,how you will think furher and how you will react.It is hard to think and see other things from another point of view,but slowly,very slowly,when something bothers you,you will come out of it,when you feel that this is not right.Everybody's mind has his own unique linking,whitch sets a direction of comprehending.A willing and allowing new thinkings to self will get new possibilitys,when you're a seeker.

@AreWeFamousNow everything that come in contact with, becomes a part of the content of our mind, weather you realise it or not, the sights, sounds, texture, taste and smell of your childhood are all in your mind. in that way the content is not your in your control. but from the point of something becoming a part of the content of your mind, you have the ability to allow it to take your attention or to take the responsibility of shifting your attention, and thereby ending your suffering.
