you never know, he may just be the next bill gates!! has he started speaking at all? my son wont speak or play with other children, and we've been referred to a paediatrician, so fingers crossed we can get some answers!! well done on having such a smart and adorable little boy!! x
my 2 and half year old autistic son is exactly the same and can work the iphone better than i can. He plays applications meant for school aged children and it was only due to the iphone that we became aware of how smart he really was as he doesn't talk yet.
Unfortunately now, it's becomming a real struggle to get it off him!
@sallysitwell It's the same with my wife and I, mobile phones are one of his favorite toys. If you live in the UK and get DLA you can apply for funding towards an iPad through the "Family Fund", which we've done. If he's excelling on an iPhone then and iPad should help him more.
My 3 year old is exactly the same. He got hold of my iphone about a year ago and can open it confidently and even play words games to a high level. The only thing I do notice is, his body shakes and he stims alot when he's done well.
@leatrix He's improved much since the video was taken, he'll go through the photo's most of the time now. William can also do the same on the HTC HD7 with the Windows Phone 7.
