that was shite, i played that game so much i knew where every, star and weapon was, i could make a chase last almost indefinatly, even when i was pilled off me mind, and without the shit music

press R3 of L3, i forgot which one.

do you have a cheat on? cuz R3 toggles vigilante or taxi in those vehicles and L3 is the horn/siren
