@footballxx234 Well it was in his right eye..socket. Jigsaw basically either destroyed or removed his right eye and just shoved the key into the socket. Which actually makes the trap rather easy to escape since the incision has already been made and the guy can just reach in there and pluck it out. He didn't really need a scalpel at all.
