You're totally wrong , his last 3 albumns did well in the charts.After the hype and press accolade he must have been very dissapointed. The truth is the people that would have bought this cd ,are crushed by economics and are skint. cd's are not on their priority list . I hope someone can convey this to him.

@fletcherc1 I don't think CD sales have much to say one way or another these days. Ferry hasn't been a charting success in a VERY long time now. Bit late in the day for him or his management to be following charts.

I think they'd make their business decisions regarding the entire back catalogue. Which this album would certainly fortify.

Anyway, gorgeous song. I don't mind the sonic treatments, although some of the voice overlays are a bit Mamouna-era and a bit much.

I LOVE this album! However, I'm a little bit confused as all previous BF albums have always placed his voice front and center. It's obvious that he sings as well as he ever has, but the production on this one puts the (beautiful) music ahead of his lush vocals. Is there a reason for this?

I once introduced a boyfriend to his music and his first comment was that you can hear and appreciate every word Ferry sings. Here there are times you have to strain to hear what he's saying. Love it anyway.

Definitely one of his best songs ever, very sensual. Beautyful melody and harmony between piano and different guitars as in Roxy's best years. Style reminds songs as "stronger through the years", but also a recent one as "a fool for love".
