  • it sure was a fast track. Getting the cars out was not too difficult as there are many ways in to the center. Its gone now but soon we promise something very special is coming.

    Thank you for your comments

  • This is certainly the best scaletrix track i have ever seen in my life , but if u crash it must be hard to get the car without breaking the track

  • he's 1 string away from disaster...

  • very , very good.

  • crazy?

  • My turn! ^_^

  • I hope you guys weren't also wearing suspenders!! :-O yuk.

Good fun track tho. Looks a bit like our local one way system in town! Care to tell us lap length and times? Magnet and non magnet? LOL, can you get round it with a non magnet car??? ;-)

  • Fun track and nice space saver. How you handle when a car fall of the track? I mean inserting your arm inside the track wont affect others running?

  • lol calm down ladies, mad track

  • Nice!

  • sweet track!!

awesome how you got ropes to keep the track up on the top bit

  • very good

  • 23,000 views and only 19 comments from what i can see they are all yours..... try watching another video.... yep, thats right, move the cursor to the right of the page.... and.....CLICK...... there he goes .... and he's back, obviously too dificult for him.

sorry mate i tried, looks like your stuck with him.

  • thanks mate but the world is full of these people, once in a while you are faced with them. what can you do?

he just would not get it...fun...the name of the game.

    moderation my @rse...

  • OMG what a prick!!!!

exellent track mate, i used to try and build these as a kid but kept geting dead track keep up the good work, for his reference i havent got a brain i fly helicopters because i dont have the will power to sort the track out!!!

    keep it up messy!!!!

  • This track is obviously NOT a championship track so your comments are in fact short-sighted and very irritatingyou missed the point!!!

I implore you to show me a championship track that resembles any real race course.

Or maybe you could show me YOUR championship track as ive been all over your channel and havent seen even one track or slot car related post.

You post on your sons acct. what is it?

    Teach me baby

  • thats' the best scalextric track ever

  • VERY AWSSSOOME!!

    WOW IT´S CRAZZY!!

  • immense

  • not a good setup at all for racing. you need moderate corners separated by straights, and no sections where one corner follows another- at worst maybe just one of those per track. otherwise theres no skill involved- its mostly the car, magnets, wheel base etc. looks impressive but practically a boring setup.

  • "Moderate corners separated by straights" - That sounds like about as much fun as kicking a wall. This looks a lot more entertaining!

  • dont be fooled- its not. having no opportunity to apply skill becomes much less entertaining.

the thing with mod corners and straights is getting the corner speed right and accelerating and braking at the right times.

all the best tracks are setup like that.

i have a 32m, 4 lane setup and it took about 6 designs to get the current layout.

our current track record is under 7 seconds. beginners do about 15 seconds- so theres room for 8 seconds after practice.

  • hi mr new man!!!

your comments are very single sighted and maybe a little premature.

there is a huge amount of skill involved in our tracks. the speed at which we race (regardless of magnets) is very high.

you mention your four lane track (i have checked your channel and see no vids) with out mentioning the limitations of radius selection. very uneven running.

    cont...

  • also your 32m track is a little short for us as we revel in big tracks allowing us to create realism in our layouts.

i can only guess you have a kidney shape to your 'six month planning layout' (we do most in an afternoon then tear it down to set up another the next week.

for us its more about pushing the boundaries than twitiling on about moderation.

maybe you should post a vid of your super track so we can all see.

  • have you seen our other tracks?

we like to play not play to be liked.

i guess you dont like our track with multiple levels and seven switchbacks in it either.

though your comment about skill is very unjustified and as i say premature (you should try it first) i appreciate you made the effort to sound off like you wrote the book.

all the same thanks for watching

  • whatever. have a look at all the championship tracks and ask yourself why they arent like spaghetti. its for the reasons i posted. real racing involving skill is to do with braking and acceleration- which is trigger skill and setup. having so many turns biases the car itself and gives very little opportunity for application of skill and proper racing. i disagree with you about the short sightedness, and think its the other way around. why not test my comments and see. i post under my son's acct.

  • mate you are a real tool arent you?.

i design my tracks using software first. i race competitively, and tracks like yours would get laughed at. its no great achievement to put together a mass of track..anyone can do that. the skill is making a track that promotes racing and skill- which yours dont due to the overuse of corners. instead of being a goober about it why dont you checkout the number of websites on track design- and look at the champ tracks.

  • yeah im sure you guys race at speeds no others are capable of. you are the greatest racers in the world. you think you're clever for this pile of poo?..get a grip. i could get a good car setup, hold the trigger at one spot, and beat a whole bunch of other cars that werent setup as good. Now that means that the track sucks. read my other replies- you guys need help...in track design and for grandiose delusions.

  • Well my over blown track meister. Software to design a layoutive heard it all!!!

Championship tracks huhbig racer are we???

Just so you know, we designed the track in question to see how much we could fit on two desks. We think we did quite well. We were not aiming at tediously unrealistic championship style boring track we were having funthe whole point me thinks.

Unless of course you are so far up the championship ally this point might escape you.

  • If you can, check the combinations we have created using the various corner radii available. This track was laid out in a restricted footprint and evolved to rise up thus needing the supporting strings. This mass of track as you say is not only very competitive as we would never think of matching up a top tuned car with a bag of poo as you seem to suggest. Is this the way you win?

Thanks for your suggestion to check out more boring championship tracks but we would rather watch paint dry.

  • racing on a track like yours requires far less skill than other technical tracks. its the other way around mate. or do you have trouble reading? you just dont get it..that is clear. im done with you and your irrational arguments.

  • omg youve got a screw loose mate. software's been around for ages for track design. google it.

if you didnt know that then you dont know jack about slotcars. its interesting to see how hot under the collar you've gotten to my replies- which were merely pointing out that your track is poo for fun racing.

youve gone all sooky and are making claims that it takes skill to drive your track and so on...waaa waaa.

didnt mum cuddle you enough when you were young?

  • You could not be any more wrong if you tried. I wonder what it was about the thumbnail image you saw that forced you to watch our supposedly poo and detrimental to slot car racing video.

My quip about the software was more that you admitted to using it and therefore unable to use your brain when laying out geeky little bits of plastic. You need to use software when erecting a track is that the only time you have trouble with your erections? Ever so anal of you.

  • Funny you should watch slot car videos and claim (as yet unseen) to race championship tracks and the idea of posting a video of your pastime is dumb and geeky.

Im having trouble understanding your definition of fun, in my world fun and moderation rarely meet in the same room.

If you listen to the video you can, in amongst the gasps that seem to disturb you most (could be the fun your not having), you will hear that I am not holding the throttle down but am actually driving each and every corner.

  • its one thing to view- actually, come across a slotcar track video. its another thing to go to the effort to video it and then post for others. im done here. have fun with your spaghetti track.

  • omg youve got some issues mate.

  • i bet it is very hard to do this track fast, also not in reply to your comment.. howd u get the cars to go round so fluently, i think i must have a shit track cos mine stop alot at place where to bits of track join.

  • how does he keep that car from flying off!!!

  • superb mate great track..how long did it take to set up???

  • Wow! I have trouble with a single elevation planning, that's amazing!!

  • that is awsome!!!!!!
