The "man" loved how stupid we looked that they had rappers coming on TV promoting this "style" to the youth as the cool thing to do. They even gave it a name and called it "SAGGIN". Spell "SAGGIN" backwards and tell me what you get.

TLC was came on the scene with their video "Ain't to proud to beg" wearing what? Extra baggy/saggin/colorful pants and other clothing. Hate it or not "sagging" is apart of hiphop. I have also heard do-rag's pretty much started in prison also....So really alot of trends of hiphop came from prison...personally i barely sag anymore, and im 21 its startin to playout anyways..
