to relieve the pressure in your lower back, you can lie on the floor and put your legs up in the air against the wall. and slowly open and close them, or rock on all fours :)

Hey I'm from Australia too I have a 15 month old and I was freaking out about the car seat too.. We did it ourselves in the end (we had a capsule too) they do come with instructions and they are super super easy to install but if you don't feel comfortable with your efforts you can take it to your local fire station apparently :-) it's always always better to be safe then sorry and as for baby proofing I probably wouldn't worry about it just yet. I noticed you had stairs so maybe put a gate up

This is a really strange question, but how much bigger have your boobs gotten while you've been pregnant? The only reason I ask is because my boobs are huge already, and if I ever get pregnant I don't want them to get like astronomically large hahaha. Btw, the last outfit you showed was SO FREAKING ADORABLE. I can't wait to see her in it!

You can definitely install your own car seat. We haven't done ours yet, but it looks pretty easy and comes with good instructions. Here in the USA you can also take your car seat to a fire house and they'll inspect it to make sure you did it right, maybe there is something similar in Australia?
