I know that some say that this is too much stirring, but if you look at "The Puck" video you will see one of the best extracted coffee around. Dry, even and flat on top. This is the result of much stirring. Compare methods. That is why I posted this. I do not know what is "better" but what I do know is that I get great body out of the Clover where others may be lacking in this department?!?!?!
Still cannot find the song. Listened to tons of samples on iTunes, but I didn't find it. Also, is the background song in your other video "the puck" the same as this one? Hope someone knows which songs these are. Thanks.
Hi. It's been a while but I was still wondering if you were able to remember the artist and song of the music playing in the background for this video as well as your 'The Puck' video.
How funny. I just looked at the comments to find out what music was playing as well. My first thought is that it is Brazilian, (sung in Portuguese). Try watching sam2percent's other video 'the puck' it sounds like the same song. Too bad the clip isn't longer. My brazilian friend tried to make out the lyrics, and we did a lot of searching but couldn't find the song or artist. If anyone knows, please post. Thanks
part of the reason you don't stir so much is it compromises the temperature when you cross the stream with the whisk.

I know, I don't give up. :-)
Sometimes I get lucky, sometimes not.
Happy fathers day, if it applies.
Thanx.

Thanks for these clover clips.
I don't suppose you know what the fantastic jazz is, in the background?
