Synteshia shows sustained notes very long. You don't need to hold your fingers so long as you see in this video. This is why original sheets are better.

Calizzle01 (and pretty much a large portion of people) describe a "Chuck Norris Factor" as something that a normal person will either have a lot of trouble doing or something that is impossible for someone to do. um... To clarify things for me, blue is the left hand and green is the right hand right? I got confused when the 2 colours got mixed at 1:12

In reply to Trueblueguyen, in 1:12 it shows the left hand playing the D and the right hand playing F,G,C. It follows by telling you to play the F again this time with your left hand. Generally when it tells you to do that on a Synthesisa, it means to use the damper pedal when you first play the notes D,F,G,& C so that you can play the F,G, and C again but still retaining the sounds of the previous chords

It is possible, cuase the blue is just a sustained note. So you can use both hands to do the green . I don't think anyone can play 6 notes with only 5 fingers ;D
