You know, im 20 and i love sport car especially bmw. infact my parents had one of those car back in 2004 and i love it. but when my parent bought the mercedes in 2008 and i drove it for the first time, its fucking incredible. you gonna have that wow moment. its beat out bmw anytime. i guarantee you people out there if you want to buy a car, better pick mercedes for reliability. im not lying.

To Edgurrr : Dude, if your brother is worried about the gas mileage, then maybe he should buy a Honda civic or an economical car. When people look for performance cars or the luxury cars like BMW Mercedes or acuras, the gas mileage should be at the bottom of the list. Performance and bigger engines at the top. Higher HPs more performance. gas mileage is the least of my worries.

Do not buy this car. Extremely boring and slow. No dis to Mercedes but this is the low end model. If you have the money go for the E-Class. I traded in my 2004 330i sport 6-speed and man do I regret it. The older BMW 330i sedan sport blows this car away in every aspect.

this may be a dumb question, but how did you get so many tracks onto one cd? i have the 06 model of this, and i threw two 12 inch rockford fosgate p3 subs in the trunk. people are amazed by this car. Benz all the way

ok i got a question you got the 2007 c230 sport sedan...and so do i but mine has different rims they actually look bigger then these. and it doesnt have the wood trim it has this cool looking aluminum stuff. idk if its just a different trim..please shed some light on this if you can

FYI: C/S button is comfort / sport...."sport" will change gear timing, higher rpm before shifting/more responsive.

@edgurrr The gas mileage is about 26 mpg. While I may get 4 or 5 less miles per gallon than they going average, I do travel 26 nice luxurious miles per gallon in this car. It is hard to put a price on "quality of life". When concerning Mercedes, you have to divert from economy and concern yourself with niceties. This car is all about the ride.

Umm, we are talking about a mercedes here, right? Not a GM or Honda or Toyota or Dodge or whatever. where gas mileage is a concern. The actual vehicle is what you go after on a Mercedes, not using it as a tool to get my body somewhere cheaply. Just get one and it will all make sense to you.

@gravybones You can have your cake and eat it too...the reason you're getting 5 or more less to the gallon is probably because you either don't drive efficiently enough or you just like to speed...try paddle-shifting and shift at around 2k RPM; on the topic of transmissions, manuals give you the freedom to be as efficient as you please (wish my Nissan had a 6-speed instead of the 4-speed automatic.) Also, the sports may be equipped with a larger, less efficient engine, although I doubt it.

I have a pewter one... best car I've ever owned, great for my 1 1/2 commute to and from work. I can squeeze 31mpg out of it if I drive nice, but I like kicking it into sport mode and weaving my name in traffic. Thing turns on a DIME. Sorry for the rant, I just love my car... all the way to the staggered rims. It looks mean but not gaudy.
