  • Art deco styling at its best and just really smooth lines. I have always appreciated these cars. Absolutely beautiful. Thanks for sharing it with us Chuck.

Psssttt.... any updates coming on the Bortz LaSalle II roadster?

  • @Busia1949 I spoke with Bortz last week. A photographer from Collectible Automobile was in Virginia taking photos of the car. It will be a while before I see it again.

  • beautiful

  • Magnificent car! Great show Chuck!

  • One of my favorites! And one of the most drop-dead gorgeous cars ever made in my opinion. Shame we can't make 'em like that anymore.

  • @Alisterwolf66 I agree with all your comments.I am 68yo & live in Melbourne,Australia.

Have just been to see some gorgeous classic cars at the Motorclassica show at the Melbourne Exhibition Building. One of the cars was claimed to have been owned by "Legs Diamond"

I think it was a 1937 Dodge Eclipse, with the original number plates. All the cars were great, especially the 330 SL Mercedes Gull-Wing.

  • It's nice to see a real one for a change!

Now let's go look at that 61 Dodge convertible.
