I feel Jade won because parts of her family are friends with Andrew Lloyd Webber, and also because she is sexy and looks good on camera. This guy, Jade and the twins (if they're given the right material) are passable.

But only because of the new voting rules which gives 50% of the vote to music industry professionals in the juries this year. So not being able to sing and coming from a country everyone hates won't work. If you can sing, you have a chance.

This was the vocal "phwoar" of the week. I'm starting to think he's as good as Jade.

But am I right in thinking some people commenting here believe these are actual potential Eurovision entries for us? Er, NO. These are regular songs from the charts of today and long ago. Only in the final show will you hear a potential UK 2009 entry. (or just THE one, maybe.) These performances are just for us to judge the singer.

Dear BBC, do we really have to put up with words such as f**k, c**t, w*****s & b******s just to name a few, despite asking for these comments to be removed twice already.

The BBC would NOT allow the general public to say these words on TV or on the official BBC message boards.

A lot of young children read these comments IS the BBC being responsible enough, as the publicy owned broadcaster should be I think not.

I think this is possibly the most rediculous post I've ever read. These words are part of the english language, get used to it. Yes YOU DO have to put up with it. If you'd ever bothered to think about what you consider 'inappropriate' you might realise that there is no reason for these words to be so. If you're worried about children using swear words, educate them and provide them with a better vocabulary.
