  • Wow, your really pretty! :3

  • ..But you are the cutest.. xD

  • I live with social anxiety disorder, that is why i am always excluded, it is very hard to talk.

  • @meeene4 not always my friend. i hear you.

  • This concept always helps me when the automatic negative thinking has me feeling like a rotten person through and through: People are rivers, not statues. Labeling yourself as bad or unfriendly is not only irrational, it's not true. No one is definitively good or bad. What defines us really is as fluid as a river. I know this doesn't always help in the "heat" of a highly anxiety provoking situation, but it always helps me when I start beating myself up afterward. :)

  • you are a hotty

  • I believe that this condition really do exist, but here in our country...It is more like a joke for them than a serious illness. This disease kills you from the inside...

I'm glad I bumped into one of your vids...where are you from ?

  • You're gorgeous. Why are you having anxiety problems?

  • @Italianslugger I know, thank you :) All human beings are gorgeous aren't they! I guess anxiety problems may be caused by how the person was raised by their parents, if the mental illness ran in their family and was passed on by a parent, even though people are gorgeous, they can have problems with their brain - anxious thoughts and beliefs, distorted thinking, delusions, false-thinking etc, sadly effecting their behavior & quality of life

  • You are REALLY PRETTY,don't feel bad,i live like Howard hughes except for the milk bottles!

  • @clone63742 Thanks :) what do you mean you live like Howard except for the milk bottles?

  • @NoSocialAnxiety howard hughes...watch "the aviator",howard hughes would urinate in milk bottles because he was afraid to leave the safety of his room.

  • @clone63742 lol...yeah,im not there yet :)

  • Thank you, you've give me hope. I wish one day that I will be as courageous as you.

    You're amazing :)

Keep doing what you're doing, you help us all.

  • @plasmoidi You're welcome :) You will. Now know that. You're amazing too!

  • omg your cute

  • @lem1968a1 omg humans ARE cute aren't they ^ ^

  • @NoSocialAnxiety

    ...but some are cuter

  • My S.A is my shame. I could never post a video on the fear of being found out. Good for you Emily.

  • @aeschroe you always can. IMO S.A is nothing to be ashamed for. You didn't ask for it, you couldn't help it. No-one asks for illness. So you're every bit deserving and important and worthy as anyone else.

  • Wow. I'm really proud of you

  • Well done Emily, at least you got out there.

  • Thanks ^ ^ Yes Judge Your Recovery By Progress & If you're generally feeling better, Not Perfection

  • I go to a support every monday night in my area. And ive been going for about 2 months so far.The people have been fully supported of me big time. 3 months ago i felt so alone with this problem. But, ever since ive been going. It has helped me in a big way. Im sorry the group you went to did help like it should have. Its not fun going to a room full of cranky anxiety people !! LOL But, i really hope you do find a group that can help. There out there believe me !!! All the best to you.

  • Emily,

While it has taken me years to achieve, I find it helps to pick out a friendly face and to make contact with that person. It's hard, but achieving eye contact was something that has helped me open up to people.

Your vids are awesome, by the way. And so are you. I did a mini-shoutout in one of my recent collection vids where I recomended your channel to anyone who suffer's from any kind of anxiety.

    I see TameFan's here. :)

    STAY AWESOME!

  • Hey cessnaace. That is a good tip, thanks!!

& Thankyou, that is very kind of you I will have to watch this video =)

Thanks for your AWESOME! positivity it really brightens me up hehe keep it up...

  • Emily,

You brighten people all the day, you just may not be aware of it. :)

The video I mentioned previously is DVD Collection Part 27 (For MN12Bird). About :23 seconds in is where I mentioned you. In fact, I think I talked about your channel for alittle more time than I did for MN12Bird's channel. LOL!

If you'd like, or wouldn't mind, perhaps I could (For) your channel in an upcoming collection vid. NoSocialAnxiety would then been up within the title of the video. :)

    STAY AWESOME!

  • @cessnaace thank you cessnaace! :)

  • @NoSocialAnxiety Italianslugger is right. You're courgeous! :)

    STAY AWESOME! :)

  • its good to distract yourself, i try to count different things, thinking back on funny situations and playing with my mobilephone can work sometimes

  • yeah, i either draw (if im in class) or act like im textin on the phone lol

like if im in a line at a store.

  • yeah playing with the phone is good : )

  • As you know from my vids I have severe vertigo problems, as well as pronounced General Anxiety Disorder. As the vertigo gets worse, along with the tremors, it becomes more difficult to walk in a straight line. That makes me feel self-conscious.

Using a shopping cart, if I'm at a grocery store, helps me feel more at ease. So even when my wife's with me I 'drive' the cart. LOL!

    STAY AWESOME!

  • Yeah. Wow is it that bad? i do get dizzy sometimes when it is really bad so i can understand that it is hard to walk

  • I recently had an experience at the grocery store. I was walking out (I didn't have enough purchases to warrant taking a cart out to the car), when several teenagers met me. They were walking toward the store. I was walking away toward my car.

They began pointing at me, laughing, and mocking the way that I was walking. It bothered me, but not nearly as much as it would have just a year ago.

    STAY AWESOME!

  • Wow they need a good ass spank or learn some respect

  • Spank you very much. LOL!

    STAY AWESOME! :)

  • I'm really sorry for that. :( Don't mind negative people, they are in everyones lives. Like mosquitos. We don't want them, but everyone has to put up with them hehe. I think also distraction is a good way to deal with people like this, like doing something they don't expect to shake them up, like staring at one then telling them they have a wasp on their shoulder or something.

  • Emily,

Usually my way of handling such pests (LOL) is through the use of humor.

Back when I could still bowl I would sometimes fall down and land flat on my back. When people would start to laugh, I'd turn (facing all of them) and bow deeply, wearing a big smile all the while. This would change the dynamic from one where people where laughing AT me, to one where people where laughing WITH me. :)

    STAY AWESOME, awesome lady!

  • I think improving your self esteem & peace levels always helps so people could be like that, but you won't be emotionally affected. All the best
