Patta is indeed surinam, butt not for sneaker. patta means foot. butt here in holland itæs like.. we dont say "ohh dope sneakers" (cause chicks @ hockey clubs and shit like that "walk on sneakers"...) we say "dope patta's". sounds better. sounds more "damn your rockin those baby's hard man".
