梁美芬說香港無公投制度，所以指控"五區公投運動"會對市民造成誤導；按照梁美芬的邏輯，有很多提供"總統"套房服務的五星級酒店都，都應該聲討──按照梁美芬的邏輯推衍：香港並沒有總統，而且全中國都沒有總統，但那些五星級酒店又不肯出來澄清他們不可能讓住客獲得總統級權力請梁美芬主持公道，叫它們全部澄清並無"總統"套房這一回事。
