This is a really wonderful version of this song. I saw them live a few weeks ago, and as per the interview, added utilities, one of my favorite The Weakerthans songs, back to their setlist.
Not only is it back on, but it starts with just John, and later the band comes in. They've changed the song, and he's added what he says himself is a solo that redefines the solo. What I wouldn't give to hear that again, if only a bootleg.
