twansnipro doesn't get it because he doesn't understand BMW's. Inline sixes are what put BMW on the MAP! To demonstrate how short sighted you are (yeah I realize you are probably only familiar with American cars), it's not always about the number of cylinders or big block displacements. The 3.6 S38 inline six put out around 310 horsepower, naturally aspirated, out of just 3.6 liters of dispacement. You also failed to notice the turbos on the engine.

@bcweir LOL.. i stil dun see any turbo's.. and ik know 6i's are bmw's best.. but still going from a v12 or v8 to a i6 wouldn be me decission thats all im saying basicly..

anyway.. even when u wanna put an m5 6i in there get a 3.8 thats 340hp..

(where are the turbo's going to if there is still an original airbox installed?)

than at least put an m5 v8 S62 in there or sumthing :/..

this doesnt make a lot of sence though...
