Also, being this a free country, without a national language, anyone is free to speak any language they wish. So if someone wants to hire an employee who can speak a certain language with the current laws in state, they should be able to do so. But what I think should happen instead is make this a partial national language. What I mean in that is no discrimination against those who speak a different language, but must be required to speak and/or read the English language.
