One of my favourite scenes is the one at the end of Season 2 Episode 2 where there is a bit of an emotional scene between Sam and Gene with the Goodbye Yellow Brick Road song in the background.
Weeell, I'll go on record then as bein' an Annie/Sam shipper!! :) The tender, tentative romance of furtive glances,,"buddy" hugs and barely expressed feelings had me goin' for two years.
This vid is brilliantly edited to tell a somewhat different story (with Gene in the beginning) and even tho' it's in colour, has a sepia quality to it. THE kiss - aww!!!

my heart broke a little bit, because I am a diehard Sam/Gene shipper, but this was so well done, I can't dislike it.

This video was very well done. It's nice to see a love triangle of sorts without a major fan war about which one is better.
And I'm with you on the Sam/Gene OTP, just sayin'.
