Hey this guy raised my personal income tax by 3%. Now he is talking about a 5% tax on retirement. He is driving business out of Illinois. Plus he mandated renewables of which the only option is wind. Wind capacity is the most expensive next to solar over $2000/kw installed. Problem is they are not reliable and average a capacity factor of less the 25%. This lawyer(Quinn) is a goverment worker killing private business in this state. He didn't even cut the bloated Illinois budget just raised taxes
