  • who in the heck owned this locomotive. My first time seeing this!!! Dont tell me the Santa Fe had these on their roster!!!

  • the 2nd largest only next to the erie Triplex the monster of steamers

  • how many of these locomotives were preserved in real life?

  • @Barricade360 none made it past the scrapper.

  • why does the boiler rise up at the 1:30 mark?

  • @ThickMcRunFast37 probably a hump in the track that is noticeable because of the large size!!!

  • God this monster's GIGANTIC.

  • this loco is just too big.

  • Damn isn't she pretty I'd love to get one just don't have the room it requires to run it so it would be a waste to get it and not run it.

  • Was this locomtive bigger than the bigboy

    ?

  • @TheRush341 No the Big Boy was bigger.

  • this locomotive was very-very expensive when i saw it on Lionel' website. but i kind of liked it, the de-tales on how Lionel made this to work. it's like a logging train in real life.

  • I'm still waiting for them to do Illinois Central #2613 in O-scale. My request is their choice. :P

  • Wow the bell moves when rung that's is a nice loco. If only someone could make a loco this good for HO

  • Unbelievable whistle. I'm a Northeast Corridor guy, and I want to get this on my layout! Just gotta get larger radius track.

  • holy bleep thats big

  • i freacking love the train!!!!!!!!!!

  • i think the reason why all lionel vision line steamers are articulated is that they need all the room they can get for the bonus features. Hence the "Wheel-a-saurus" 2-10-10-2 hahahaha. but no doubt an amazing engine

  • what curves is it running on?

  • Could be Lionels best!

  • You're the first I've seen that has a video of this thing in action. Could you make more videos of this engine and could you see how many cars it could pull? Thanks.

  • @PereMarquette1223 We do not own this locomotive. This was shot at America's Best hobby store in Itasca, IL.

  • @PereMarquette1223 probably alot

  • Man that is a beast!!! The detail is awesome!!

  • Beautiful engine!! Can't wait for part 5! =D

  • wonderfull...............................

  • Awesome! This is the first time I've seen a steamer blow a whistle with smoke, then watching it blow steam out of the boiler and seeing the ring moving as it ranged!

I love it! Thanks so much for posting it on Youtube! You and the TMBooks company rock! :D

  • Why, back in my days, we did not have all this electronic knick knacs and stuff. Back then, all we had was a wooden train pulled by a string! All we needed was imagination! Ye whippersnappers...
