  • I mean, i know we must be aware of false doctrine and false gospels, and teachers but to go into detail about every single thing is a waste of time!! Jesus Christ and His Way is all people need. The Holy Spirit gives descernment. Jesus Himself said that His sheep know His voice and a stranger they will not follow.

  • If a pastor or leader tecahes the Word and puts the Word of God into his people they will, by the power of the Holy Spirit, discern what is right and what is wrong. I thank God for my Pastor who belives the pulpit is a Holy place where he teaches delivers only the Truth in Gods word.

  • You now how sometimes something makes you a bit uneasy and just seems wrong....well thats how I feel about this man's "preaching and teaching". My Pastor has NEVER used the pulpit to talk about his own personal opinions, the state of the church, Big name or small name preachers, evangelist, even those we are directly associated with unless they have a message of blessing or thanks for us. He has never discussed the state of the nation or politics. It has always been the Bible and Way of our Lord

  • @Hotnuttt Sorry if you felt as if I was attacking you with my words or beliefs, that is not what I intended. I solely wanted to show you my beliefs. As long as you believe in Jesus and what he did you are my brother in him and I love you dearly.

  • I will however follow whatever the spirit leads me to believe is right and pray that in the end I followed the beliefs that God would want me to follow. The great thing is that no matter what we believe on all the small things, all we have to believe is that Jesus Christ died for our sins and believe in why he did it and we are saved and can go to heaven. No matter the version of the bible, that's what it say.

  • @Hotnuttt depending on the version of the bible, many pastors and scholars from many different denominations came together to translate certain versions of the bible. I think it's madness to the Pope say a statement and believe it's infallible, the Pope may be a great man but he's still a, wait for it...man. Humans aren't perfect and neither is the Pope, so I will not take any statement he says as infallible.

  • lol, "the Mark Driscols of the church". ok, bad joke.
