Somwthing similar happened to me once too. When I bowed my head infront of Guru Granth Sahib Ji, I felt a hand on my head that protected me from everything. I could see the hand belonged to person who was very spiritual and holy...It was Guru Nanak Dev Ji and he came to bless me. And the moment he put his hand, I felt as if I was going through the Earth and covering miles of distance below Earth and then I opened my eyes and everything was gone. It was so peaceful and I couldn't stop smiling...

oh gosh.... this is sooo gooodd..... i wish i could ave that feeling as well... but i am having hard time yet ot wake up early in the morinin and meditate... i think i shud committ myself to start doing it now
