Lower register needs some work dude. Just being honest and your upper registy is excellent I would recommend higher register songs like Chris Cagle maybe rascall flatts. He is excellent and you would sound great. You gotta voice, keep working on control. I am doing the same, but iam is completely opposite. He is about the only singer I can hit and need help with higher register! Keep it up. Just trying to help you out man.

I know he might be a little strained, but you'll never improve unless you push. It might not be him, but never walking leads to never moving. Let him do what's comfortable for him and what he'd like to do. You become a singer, you're not born one.

Hey man, you're ok... but if you got some vocal training you could be great. Here's some advice for you: don't try to mimic Josh's voice. Find the range and tone of voice that you feel comfortable with, not too high and not too low. Trying to mimic someone else's voice will just be backtracking be true and natural to yourself.
