It's called Gadgetron PDA and you get it by using that platform you acess using the magnestrip, complete the path and at the end there's Capitain Quark selling the PDA for 1000 bolts. Every ammo you buy in PDA costs extra money.

it's the "PDA" you get it from Quark on the level After the moon base (forget the name) but it cost 1000, you buy it from him. It's basically ammo reload anywhere, but the price is way higher than the normal ammo thing

I acctually found 38 out of 40 golden bolts and bought 9 out of 10 gold weapons. each one costs 4 bold bolts and thousands of normal ones

I found all Gold Bolts, got all Gold Weapons and have the RYNO and find all Items and going in secret bolt room in Quartu you have to use the CodeBot to get in I also noticed as soon as you break a box on that room you get instant 15.000 bolts.

if u beat the game and do challenge mode u can buy gold weapons( a higher level of weapons u already have) the weapons r mine glove,suck cannon, devastator,bomb glove, decoy glove, morph-o-ray,glove of doom, and maybe another few but i cant really remember.
