  • have you found her yet

  • @ThePurdypurdy Yes, we did find her back in 1998 after 51 weeks. This is Idaho in 2008 right out of the pasture on a cold Feb. afternoon. I just didn't have the heart to wash her on such a cold day. The video was shot by someone at Gardner Webb University and I had to work on the video on their schedule. We are so greatful that Jim did it for us but hated she was so dirty.

  • Thanks for all you do, Debi! God bless you for as long as you live.

  • Thank you for all you do Debi! May God bless you and strengthen you in Jesus' name!

  • April 5, 2009

I just read in the paper that there is a Dept. of Agriculture law BANNING ANY REGULATORY ACTION for horse slaughterhouses. That means there are no standards for humane slaughter.

The Montana legislature sent a bill to its governor (to sign) to enforce the same ban on regulations on a state level.

Disgusting and shame on Montana and Gov. Schweitzer.

  • Gadgets are so small now, it should be possible to implant a GPS tracker inside horses. Is it being done, or at least are there people trying to promote this safety feature for their animals?

  • Thank you, Debie, for all that you are doing. Idaho is gorgeous and I know well loved and happy now.

  • NetPosse Rocks''

  • Great video. Too short at 49 seconds!! Wish it could tell all about NetPosse, maybe some personal stories from others too and show some products for sale. But love it!! Sent it to everyone I know.

  • Debbi is truly an unsung hero. We thank her for her tireless efforts and dedication.

  • Well done Debi! I just wish you had been a little less modest and told how many cases you guys have solved! I am always amazed at your ability to find horses. If only our law enforcement people were half as good as your volunteers.

  • I can only reiterate what John and Beth have said.

    GREAT job Debi!!!!

On behalf of Silver Rascal, who was never recovered,

I thankyou from the bottom of my heart!

  • GREAT job you all are doing to help people reconnect with their horses.

  • Thank you Debi! Thank you for the dedication to protecting Ameican horses. We know the risk they face if they are stolen, so I hope everyone supports the efforts of Stolen Horse International and buy the book, "Been There, Done Thate" about how to protect your horse from being stolen and what to do if they turn up missing.

  • Once the slaughter business is no more then one of the major incentives to steal horses will also be no more. Our horses will be safer in their own barn or pastures.

Remember Fitch ....a young horse who had been rescued from slaughter to be terminally injured by someone who thought to steal him and probably to make a few dollars.Lets stop the nightmare of horse slaughter and the stealing of our horses. Thanks to NETPOSSE for all you do to find and return horses that have been stolen.

  • Stolen Horse International and Debi and Harold are the unsung Heros of the Horse World. Debi Helped me to Recover my Horse that was stolen from me over a Decade ago, and her deep understanding of my situation, and the way she tirelessly helps all horse theft vistims that come to her, make her a true One Woman Posse! Debi and Harold, Thanks for Helping me get my girl back home after all of those years, you told me to never gave up, and with your help, She is home to stay!

  • I had the honor and privilege of getting to know Deb through her commitment to horse theft victims all over the world. Deb's actions and dedication to such a worthy cause has touched so many in a deep and everlasting way. It is people like Deb who make this world a better place to live in. Keep up the great work Deb, we are all so proud of you.

  • Penny and I are another NetPosse success story. Thanks to Debi's level-headed approach to recovery, Penny returned home in only 5 days. Please watch Debi's video and support NetPosse with your membership and contributions. You never know--you might be the next one to need The Posse!

  • Is this you Bonnie?

  • Yes, 'tis I. ;) How ya doin?

  • I remember when Idaho was stolen and how hard you and your family searched for her! It is SO good to see Idaho and you 'in person' on the Net, and what a difference Netposse has made in horse stealing! Thanks for posting this video.
