Just for reference, the show was on ABC and not CBS. I have the show on DVD that I got through a bootleg company but the quality isn't bad. It really was a good show but too bad it didn't get a good shot.

I wonder if Warner Bros. will put this one out on DVD as well. True, the new version rocks, but from what I understand, Springfield's version was closer to the actual premise of the comic, where Chance took on the identity of the mark, and not just acted as a human shield.

Then again, this version didn't have someone as cool as Jackie Earle Haley's Guerrero...

Why is it necessary for the Human Target to have a black associate? (Sami Chester in Target '92, Chi McBride in Target 2010)

Although, on the flipside of that, Chi McBride is frickin awesome.

@TammyBristow1 I'm just noting that strange coincidence. And besides, I'm pretty sure that Sami Chester was just window dressing, as it was Springfield wasn't even really the lead on a per-episode basis, it was the guest stars he "impersonated".

McBride, on the other hand, is frickin awesome, and a vital component to the overall awesomeness of Target 2010.

Luved The Flash & Human Target...Bilson & DiMeo knew how to do a superhero show right! And although I dig the new Human Target on Fox, I kinda miss Chance's master-of-disguise routine...and the old show gave him a cool stealth bomber-type plane too!

The problem is the same producers for this show, made the Flash also and it was before its time. No one wasn't interested in these kind of shows but ppl who appreciate a good action show. They have the new Human Target which is a great show. Hope they come out w/ a new Flash show.

I loved this opening. Excitement building and the theme song is great. I really wish they would have Rick Springfield on an episode of the new show. Would be cute and fun!

@Mainstream05 - It was DEFINITELY ABC ! I recorded the first two episodes on VHS tape when they first aired. That's ABC channel 7 (seven).

I love the Human Target so much!!! I have all episodes on tape but it is so bad quality :-( now ... Very cool show!

It wasn't on long enough to love. But I did love the theme. And I adored Signy Coleman. She played a bad girl once on The Flash series. She's the most attractive, petite, gall I've seen. I only wish we could see her on Tv, more often. Does it always have to be on a Pet Fly production?
