Thanks for the vid, but how much do you need to pull down to avoid too much recoil? I see some people practically looking at the floor by the time they're done shooting, and others are looking at the enemy's feet. Any ideas?

It depends on how far away you are from the target. Try looking behind the target to see where your bullets are going, that should help you decide how much more you need to pull down. It's quite easy to see where the bullets are going in cz.
